Gon stood on his tiptoes as he leaned against the door frame. Amber eyes narrowed through the peephole to see a chest that had a black spade on one pec and a red club on the other, completely obstructing the boy's view. Gon lowered himself down before unlocking the door. He opened it to be greet by an infamous figure.
Mischievous golden eyes accompanied by a devilish smirk was plastered on the magician's face. As always, the redhead had his unique ensemble with his hair gelled and swooped to the heavens. He was noticeable taller. Gon glanced down to see that the man's high heels were about a few inches taller than the ones he would usually wear. It made him seem more intimidating, if that were even possible.
"Yo.~♠️"
Killua didn't even need to see who it was to know who made that sound. Out of all people. The ex-assassin stormed out the room and headed straight towards the two. "Hisoka!" The boy hissed, blocking Gon so that he was behind him and away from the redhead.
A sly eyebrow raised from Killua's behavior. The corners of the magician's mouth twitched upwards. How cute. "My,~" Hisoka started as he placed a hand on his jutted hip. "I haven't done anything yet.~♠️" The man pouted. "What have I done to be given such a sour response?~♣️" he spoke in a 'Woe is me' manner.
"What haven't you done." Killua curtly retorted. "Wait..." The boy began as he eyeballed the magician. "How did you find us?"
Hisoka's face turned disinterested. "How I found you isn't important,~♣️" He waved off.
"The hell it is!" The last thing Killua wants is to have this jabroni know where they live.
"What are you doing here?" Gon warmly asked despite the uneasy atmosphere.
Hisoka's attention was now turned to Gon instead of the fuming q-tip in front of him. The magician grinned. "I'm here to deliver you two a gift.~"
"A gift?" Gon echoed, eyes now shining with curiosity. The boy moved Killua out of the way and searched around the magician. "Where is it?"
"So impatient," Hisoka uttered as he wagged his finger. "It's right here.~♠️" With a deliberate wave of his hand, a small package appeared before the boys' eyes.
"Ah! So cool!" Gon awed. "Do it again!" Granting the boy's wish, Hisoka made the package disappear and reappear a couple of times. He gained brisk claps and even more awes from Gon while Killua remained unimpressed.
Killua had enough of Hisoka's Criss Angel gimmicks."If we take it, will you leave?" He grumbled.
"So much hostility. I am simply a mail carrier.~♣️" The man handed the small package to which the ex-assassin snatched away in an instant. "Use it wisely,~♠️" Hisoka advised the boys but more so to Killua as his gaze lingered on him. Killua casted him a questioning look. "Well, I'll be taking my leave now.~♣️" The magician placed a hand on his mouth as a low chuckle escaped his throat. It became increasingly loud as he sauntered away to God knows where.
Killua closed the door.
That was unsettling.
"Did I miss a joke?" Gon questioned as he furrowed his eyebrows trying to recall what Hisoka said.
"If he did say a joke it wasn't a good one..." Killua trailed off as he inspected the package. It was rather tiny. Nothing that Killua really wanted would fit in it. He shook it a little.
What did he mean by 'use it wisely?'
"What do you think it is?" Gon asked excitedly as he looked over Killua's shoulder.
"Hopefully money." Killua replied as he began to open the package. His funds for chocorobos were running low, he needed some extra cash.
Inside the package were a deck of cards and on top of them was a tag with a name scribbled on it. "From Bisky..." Killua muttered. He squinted as he saw even smaller writing below Bisky's name "and Hisoka," he sighed. Killua threw the tag on the floor and grabbed the deck of cards. He teared the plastic film that surrounded it and flipped the first card over. There were words written on it. As Killua began to read the card his heart started to palpitate and his face grew hot. The card quickly turned lewd. He choked.
Are these... X-rated game cards?!
