The One Where They're All Gay {Complete}

Guests Arrive

James POV
It was ten till seven and me, dad, Uncle Ron, Albus, and Rose were all pacing around waiting for the guests to arrive. Aunt Hermione and Hugo were sat down on the couch must more calm than us. Lily was helping Mum in the kitchen, to cook away her worries I presume.

We all stop as a knock sounded at the door. Rose and I were the first to reach the door, Albus right on our heels. I rush to open the door.

Rose and Albus back off once the door opens to reveal Teddy. We smile at each other and briefly hug, but the room was still silent. "Teddy good to see you, as always." Aunt Hermione says also coming to give Teddy a hug.

That clears the tension almost completely and Teddy started saying hello to everyone. It was all good until he got to dad.

Teddy looked really uncomfortable and flushed so I grabbed his hand, to try to give him some comfort at least. It worked I guess because he smiled at me and turned back to dad to say something.

Before he could say anything though dad spoke, "Teddy I want you to know that I  think there is no one better than you that I could think of for my son to be with and I know you'll take good care of him. Also never even think of calling me Mr. Potter, it has and always will be Harry."

They share a sweet fatherly hug, that gets kind of ruined by another knock at the door. Albus and Rose rush to open it. They both seem relived but worried when Alice walks in.

She smiles around the room, "Hello everyone." This time everyone recovers rather quickly. "Hello Alice, Lily's in the kitchen but your more than welcome to wait with us for the remaining guests to arrive." Dad says smiling back.

It's hard not to be cheerful around Alice. She nods, "I think I'll go say hello to Lily and Mrs. Potter, see if they need any help." She says heading towards the kitchen.

A few minutes later, at maybe two till seven another knock sounded at the door. Once again Albus and Rose rush to answer it.

They step back and Hugo's boyfriend Orion, who I've never meet before walks in. I assume it's him because obviously I've meet Scorpius, and Rose has a girlfriend.

"Um... Hello, I'm Orion Zabani," he says mumbling and then even quieter "Hugo's boyfriend."

"Lovely to meet you dear," Hermione says pulling him into a motherly hug. Ron gives a curt nod, sort of smile then offers his hand to the boy. "I do hope you and my son treat each other well, your both still very young. I have no problem with you seeing my son just try to remember you're still young, don't forget your youth or rush into things."

"Dad I'm thirteen, and regardless can we not talk about this now, in front of everyone." Hugo stammers out blushing.

"Yes but thirteen and with a boyfriend. And don't look so mortified if it were a girl and your first girlfriend then we'd be having the same talk. I mean it'd be different of course but same points you know- anyways off topic. Yes we'll continue the conversation later."

At 7 o'clock exactly another knock sounded at the door. Rose and Al both speed to the door anxiously. We were all surprised to note though, that when they opened the door both Scorpius and Jaslyn were there.

A few confused looks later Jaslyn gives Rose a hug and a kiss on the cheek then took up explaining, "I wanted to get here at exactly seven, but Scorpius the every punctual arse he is arrived at the same time."

Rose smiles in understanding and mimicks her girlfriend, she whispers something into her ear but I couldn't here what. Beside them Albus grabs Scorpius' hand and leads him inside.

"Dinner," Lily screams from the kitchen and I'm not sure what happened next because I was second to the dinning room. Only Uncle Ron managed to get there before me.
