Reunion

(lance pov) 

Allura and Pidge were looking at the screen that had nothing but static. They didn't care about what was on the screen, but were more focused on listening to it. 

"what's the matter princess" Coran asked politely. I had a feeling that Coran knew what Allura was thinking but asked anyway. "we've got a distress signal from a nearby planet a moment ago. They were in contact with us but then crashed. all we have now is audio" Allura said. "Then let's go help them-" Shiro said before Coran interrupted him. "Not so fast, you don't know the dangerous creatures that roam around that planet" Coran said with a somewhat scary voice. Shiro sighed, "We've fought many strange creatures before, i think we can handle this". 

Keith and Allura had faith in Shiro, Pidge was annoyed that we had to go on other mission, and Hunk was unsure on who to believe.

~time skip~

After a short argument on whether or not to go on the mission, we were already a few minutes away from the planet. Coran stayed back in the castle. Shiro tagged along with us incase we needed assistance with whoever this person is.

As i stepped out of my lion it was clear to me where the ship crashed. There was nothing on the planet except for some small flowers and weeds coming out of the cracks on the ground. I wanted to get this stupid mission over with so I ran towards the burning ship. The others called out my name and telling me to wait for them, but I ignored them. I was tired and all i wanted to do was sleep. 

The air was cold but the burning ship provided warmth. I look around to make sure that the beast Coran was talking about were not around. The rest of the team were coming closer to  me. 

Then I heard a loud gasp coming from inside the ship. I heard them struggling to breath, the smoke consuming them. I take out my bayard and climb on top of the ship, watching my every step to not get hurt. Once I'm in a good position I smash my bayard to the window creating more and more cracks. 

After two more hits the glass breaks, creating a large opening. Its wide enough to pull out whoever is in the ship without really hurting them. 

I toss my bayard to keith, who's already next to the ship with the rest of team, and signal Shiro to help me out. He goes on my right and extends his arms to catch them. I go on my knees, bend over, and extend my arms inside to the ship reaching for whatever I can grab. "hold on buddy, we're here to help you" I say as I try to comfort them. 

They grab my arms tightly and push themselves up, making it easier to get them out of the ship. Then they limp towards Shiro who was ready to help them down. From the corner of my eye I get a glimpse of them. I stare in horror knowing that my life will be over soon. 

How? How did he find me? Why?  I thought I was finally freed from this curse. ( kinda dramatic)

I then trip on a piece of glass, falling off the ship. (dramatic but thats how wattpad works). I would have fallen on my back if Keith hadn't acted fast and caught me in time. 

"careful, you could get hurt and I would like that" keith whispered. "Thanks mullet" I forced a small smile. I sighed and was about to get off of keith when I heard him. "so we meet again...bae" ( i cringed)
