As John ran from sans in the underground, he trips over a leaf. And severely damages his right ear, as he is getting up a dog jumps out of nowhere and humps him. John is near a waterfall, there is trash everywhere, but there is one thing that stands out, a dummy. John decides to approach the dummy and practice the things toriel taught him. It attacks. John tried to run, and scream, he's stuck in a pile of trash,"This is it..." said John as he is being chased by homing missiles that look like the MAD LAD," I've fought the hardest I could've yet nothing has worked against MAD LAD.". But he keeps running, despite knowing there is no way he could beat this absolute MAD LAD, he keeps running, not giving up, not a trace of regret for what he did to MAD LAD'S cousin. Then suddenly MAD LAD stops, he has a top hat and is now Glad Lad, he has forgiven John for what he did to his cousin, because he remembered napstaplook, his other cousin, (or smthn like that) John takes the chance, Glad Lad is dead, he had a nice life and afterlife, as a dummy because we all know you cannot kill a ghost, of course.
