It's amazing how your whole world can change in a blink of an eye. I know mine did. I was driving on the road on Christmas Eve. We were driving to my wife, Rebecca's, parents house. My kid in the back, Jack was playing in the back with his favorite dinosaur, Jack jr. We were on the road when I saw two big head lights going the wrong way I tried to swerve around them but I just couldn't. We collaged together and in an insist the car was flipped and we were hanging. Jack was screaming and crying. I could outline that was blood dripping down is nose.the screaming and crying stopped. I asked everyone "Is everyone, ok?" "Yeah" Rebecca said. No answer from Jack. I was getting worried so I unbuckled and careful climbed down. I told Rebecca to do the same thing. Rebecca called 911 and I went to check on Jack. I walked jittery over to Jack. I asked "Jack, are you ok?" "Daddy?" I teared up because I knew he was still alive. I grabbed car seat and tried to rip it off but it wouldn't budge. "Hold in there buddy, mommy is getting big trucks to come get you!" Yay" he said with a smile but under that smile I could tell he wasn't happy. "daddy?" "yeah buddy?" " Is Jack ok?" "I will g-" I was interrupted by a man with a deep voice. "officer here, I will pull you up is anyone stuck?" The officer said. I was so distracted talking to I didn't even here the sirens. "Yes! my son is stuck." they dragged me out. "DADDY!!" The crying and screaming started again. I asked the officer if I could stay with Jack but he said no. They carried Jack out on the stretcher and drove away. the police officer told me to hop in the car so I could drive to the hospital since Rebecca went with Jack. We followed the ambulance to the hospital.
