Back story...
So you and Zach were neighbors for over 9 years, from the age of 7 till you were 16. You both had a crush on each other the WHOLE time, you were just to shy to say anything. You and him were really really close. That is until he moved away.... You had no source of communication at all. He had no social media or anything. So you both faded away into the back of each other's heads. Until you meet again, in a whole different state then the one you grew up in. It's clearly fate....

Zach's POV

Y/n's POV
I'm sitting in the office with Caleb, we're at work but it's not busy at all. That is until this hot guy walks in.

"Ooooooohhhhh my god" I whisper to Caleb "I knowwwwww" His jaw drops and I close his mouth with my hand.

So I walk up the the counter and greet him with a smile "how can I help you?" He smiles back "uh yes, my name is Zach Clayton... I'm here to apply for a job? If that's possible... " "Oh, yes of course... " I scramble for a application "hold on, I'll be back in a second" I walk back to the office

"oh my god did you see that smile" Caleb teased and hands me a application "yes, yes I did" I snatch it, laughing and walk back to Zach, that's his name... Right?

But anyways I hand it to him "here ya go, just fill this out and call me when you're done" I hand him a pin "thank you...?" "Y/n..." I smile, he puts out a hand. I gladly shake it.

He goes and sits down at the table right next to the counter and starts the paper. I go back into the office with Caleb.

"Ohhhhhh my god, I hope he works here, like.... THEM EYESSSS" Caleb whisper yells. "You should see them up close" We laugh

"after work, wanna go to the beach?" I ask "duhhhh, wait can we invite him???" He nods his head towards zach. "Uh, wouldn't that seem weird?" "Uhhhhh, no?" He laughs again "you're... " I bop his nose and continue "gonna ask, I'm not" "Okay" He smirks.

"HEY UH, Y/N?" Zach calls out from the counter "yesss?" I walk towards him. When I reach the counter I wait for him to respond. He's just looking at me with a questioning face, examining me I think.

"Uh, hellooooo?" I laugh and wave my hand. He snaps out of it " yeah, sorry... I'm done" He hands me the paper. "Oh um, okay" I take the application from his hands "it's just that your name sounds so familiar, sorry if I creeped you out" He laughs a little "oh it's alright." I laugh with him....

"So I'm gonna go look at this with him (I point to Caleb) and I'll be right back." "Okay" He smiles again. I walk back to the office

"oh. My. God, that was so fucking weird" Caleb says and snatches the application from my hand and begins reading it. We discuss everything at least twice.... He's perfect for the job. No criminal background other than 2 speeding tickets. Really great with people. Everything we look for. So after discussing it over again we both agree on hiring him.
