Deidara's POV

I walked down the stairs, into the meeting room. Everyone was there. There were two spots open. One next to Pein which was obviously Konan's seat, and one next to Hidan. I sat next to him. He pulled at my blonde hair, "It's not in a ponytail huh?" He said, "That means one of two things: 1. you were having sex." He stopped. "Oh wait! Your loverboy is dead!" He laughed hysterically. He grabbed my hair all at once and tugged it down. He looked over my face. "You've been crying." He said through more laughter. I smacked his hand and he let my hair go. I grabbed the other hair tie on my wrist and pulled my hair in a low ponytail. I stood up. I picked up the chair with both hands. The person sitting next to me was Zetsu. I walked over to the far side of his chair. I kicked it over to where my chair was and placed my chair down where Zetsu sat before. I was done with Hidan. Another tear slid down my face. "Loverboy" I sighed and wiped the tear. Pein cleared his throat to commence the meeting. "I have a mission. Because Sasori is no longer with us Deidara needs a new partner, that's why I am sending you on a solo mission to recruit somebody. Is that understood Deidara?" He said. I nodded. I stood up and went to my room and packed. Pein left the meeting and followed me in. "Deidara. You have a secret mission. One that I will not say in front of the others." He said. "Well what is it?" I turned around. "I have already found Sasori's replacement. Your new partner. I just said that in front of everyone. Leave immediately and kill Sakura. The young girl that killed Sasori. Sasori was one of our strongest. If she can kill him she can overrule all of us. She opposes as a threat to the Akatsuki as long as she lives. Go kill her!" He yelled. I was filled with excitement. I've wanted to get my revenge on her since Sasori's death. I nodded. I pulled up my hair and teleported away.
