Elena squirmed under the gaze ,of the man beside her,she smiled shyly and looked away ,the weather was impossibly hot,she had planned,to go the market in the evening, or whenever the heat would have reduced,but Noelle was having none of it,she insisted that they leave this morning, she planned to use house cleaning as an excuse,to stay longer,but to her surprise,for the first time the house was as clean as she left it yesterday, and seeing as there was nothing else to do,she obliged. Mother Noelle and Courtney had used a carriage, while she walked, and again to her surprise she arrived at the boutique, before them,she didn't need to ask why because, the look on her stepmother's face told her that her ever silly stepsister Courtney had messed things up . again.
It was no news to Elena, that Courtney, always messed things up, while Noelle was trying to find a way to get Courtney, engaged and married to any Lord, or wealthy person she saw,Courtney was trained to be the wife of wealthy man,she couldn't cook,clean,do the laundry, or even feed her own cat. While Elena did this things, father and Noelle hired ladies to teach Courtney etiquette and dance,well Noelle did hire them ,but only because she had lied that Elena was participating, it was a half lie, because she indeed participated,
but by sneaking in,and watching them teach Courtney, who kept on failing again and again and again,
