Danny hesitated as he brought his closed fist up to the door, nerves making him slightly light headed. He brought his fist down upon the door, once, twice, three times, then started to bring his arm back down to his side. Before Danny could complete his action, the door swung open revealing his crush of four years.
"Danny!" Drew exclaimed, bringing his friend into a warm embrace
Danny started to feel his chest fluttering, starting to beat fast while he is held in Drew's arms, a little too fast. Danny quickly pulled away from the hug, his hand shooting to grab at his chest. He looks up at Drew, hunched over, trying to stop the pain.
"Dan...Danny?" Drew questioned starting to get closer to Danny, confusion and concern in his eyes.
Danny collapses to the ground, the last thing he hears is his love interest shouting his name, as everything fades to black.
