Zach- Zach is stubborn when he has a panic attack. He locks himself in the bathroom, wanting you to not see him in that state. But then you get him to open the door after some copious convincing, and have him tell you what's wrong. You sit on the floor beside him, rubbing his hand as he spills everything to you. By the end, all the tears have flown out and he feels much better.

Jack- Jack's anxiety gets the best of him often. When he comes back from the studio, sometimes he'll be incredibly quiet. When he doesn't want to talk, that's when you know he's having a panic attack. He stays in your room, back pressed to the closet door as he tries not to start. You usually go in after he has a few minutes alone, and talk him through what happened at the studio that day.

Jonah- Sometimes before he leaves for a tour, Jonah will have a major panic attack. It'll start out at your final date before he leaves, and the conversation will slowly turn to how much he will miss you and how nervous he is. You quickly usher him out of dinner and back into the car, where you sit in the back seat as he begins to hyperventilate. You calm him down by rubbing his back and running your fingers through his hair as he lays in your lap.

Corbyn- Whenever he has intense fan experiences, Corbyn will have a panic attack. Some fans will tell him how he's saved their lives, and about their struggles with mental and eating disorders. Of course, he's incredibly grateful to have helped, but sometimes it gets too intense. Before the show, he will spend time alone in the green room with you, while you talk to him about the experiences he had during the meet and greet. You always comfort him by giving him hand massages and reminding him of how capable and talented he is.

Daniel- Daniel has panic attacks often while on tour. He hates spending time away from you and his family and will break down when he feels like he's like he hasn't talked to you enough. Jonah will usually call you when he's breaking down, to either FaceTime him or fly out to surprise him. When you fly out and surprise him, he always wraps you in his arms and cries softly into your shoulder, whispering about how much he's missed you, and how you feel like home.
