The Second Surprise

Lucas's P.O.V

After my mom and I talked and I got her to keep it a secret I went for a walk avoiding the place I first saw... 'Her' and went another path. I was looking down thinking when I smelled a girl from The Blue Moon Pack but thought nothing of it and keep walking. Soon I bumped into someone and we both fell back, I felt the same sparks and heat I had from the giant female rogue. And looked at my shoulder gaping.

I look up to see a young girl that had to be 16 or 17 looking at where we had collided as well.I stood up quickly pushing the feeling away for a moment and extend my hand to help her up. She takes it, of course, and it bite my lip to ignore the flaming sparks and fireworks. She stands up rather quickly probably to let go of my hand.

Once she's up she steps back and glances down at her hand before looking at me shyly. I took in her features and she was cute, but more in a kidish way. She was shorter but her skinniness kinda made up for it, but she still have curves. She has flowing brunette hair just below her bra strap (well where it would be anyway) and soft, forgiving brown eyes, and apparently she was my mate...

"I'm Lucas, soon to be alpha of The Blood Moon Pack" I introduced myself.

After a moment of looking me she introduced herself, "I'm Abigail, soon to be Luna of The Blue Moon Pack"

I nodded "Sorry about running into you" and she nodded shyly, starting to walk away as do I.

Abigail P.O.V

After we head out separate ways, I search my hands then shoulders for some explanation of the fireworks.

I run back to my best friend, Jess, and tell her she confirms that he's my mate, all I can do is stare at her like a maniac.

"Jess! What do I do?!"

"Well... Confront him?..." She asked cluelessly and I gawked at her

"Thanks for the advise" I rolled my eyes "I think I'll go do that though" I shrugged and started out the door.

Jess watches me oddly as I shut the door behind me and head out the door and outside, then start looking for Lucas. I see him after a few minutes of walking and head for him but he seems to be looking for something...

Lucas's P.O.V

After I meet up with my mate? I decide to track my other mate? Well I think I'll call the rogue mate 1 and Abigail mate 2 or just Abigail. Anyway I am about to shift when he see Abigail out of the corner of my eye approaching me, and let out a quiet sigh in frustration then turn to her and smile politely as if I don't have a clue she's mate 2.

"Good evening, Abigail" I greet like she's already the Luna and I'm not Alpha Male yet.

She looks at me slightly funny but once in reach of me stops, "hey, ummmm..." She starts and I know where this is going.

I decide to cover up and run just for now, "Crap" I mutter then look at her "I just remembered my dad told me to meet me like... Now" I exclaimed as if I was serious and took off the other way turing my head quickly and waving "see ya later"

After she's out of sight I wait until her smell is gone, and it's gone quickly. I head back and shift mid step of my running body and smelling the ground and air. I come to the clearing I first saw her and stopped breathing heavily, her scent lingered in the air along with many other wolves, but then it dawns on me, if that was whole pack, (which it probably was) then I could just go to her, the packs only got like 12 wolves or so.

I follow the rogue scent to a territory and cross over to the territory and head in. As I get deeper more and more scents appear and I start to worry, by 10 minutes of walking over 1,000 scents have smacked me square in the face and they just kept coming. But I pick out a scent and follow it, after a few minutes I see her wolf alone, just laying there.

I rush over instinctively, "Are you okay" I asked frantically and get no answer in return...

Amanda's P.O.V

I was sleeping when I'm shaken awake, and feeling the fireworks and sparks and look up to see the 'mutt' and growl. I throw him off my wolf much stronger than his human. He sits on he ground doing nothing and I just growl.

Lucas's P.O.V

I sit there surprised by both my actions as well as her's. She's an ugly rogue and I rush over to see if she's alright, I'm not sure what got into me, maybe wolf instincts. But she's threw me at least ten feet and the shocked me for many reasons.

Amanda's P.O.V

I shift human, (VERY VERY thankful we're he kind that shift back and keep our clothes) and see him gawking and me...
