I hear a ding from my phone. I pat my hands on the towel drying them off. I grab my phone from the kitchen counter and unlock it.
It was the period tracker app saying
"Hang in there only three days left".
"Wait what" I say confused. My period hasn't came at all. I didn't think anything if it. Periods come late sometimes.

"Hey congrats you did it now do strut in some white pants if you like". "whaaa" I whisper to myself
"What happened" Grayson said to you
"Nothing.... just Dani is not gonna come to work next week" I said lying. He doesn't need to know about down there.
"Ohh"he says taking a bite out of the pasta
"You make some bomb ass pasta babe"he says with pasta sauce all over his mouth

A week past by
My period hasn't came yet. I mean this is great, but I never miss a period. Woah wait, when did we ever ha- wow I am such a dumbass
I slap my forehead at the realization.
Oh my gosh that means. My heart starts to beat fast at the thought. I went to the bathroom searching the cabinet for a pregnancy test. I find one and my hands start to shake as I unbox the test.

I lean against the waiting anxiously for the results. After the five minutes went by I finally took a look.
"Oh my go-" you say quietly
"Grayson" I whisper unable to speak.
"Grayson" I finally say normal
"Grayson come here" I shout for him.
He comes running in bathroom and I'm just softly crying looking at the test
"Hey.... what happened "he says concerned wrapping his arms around me
"Grayson baby am fine, it's ... it's just we are gonna be parents" I say looking up at him while smiling

"Gray am pregnant" I say with a light giggle
He has a shocked face 😮 but then smiles 😁 widely picking you up and swinging you around. He sits me down on the bathroom counter.

He looks at at me with tears in his eyes. He grabs the test and looks at the two lines. "Oh my god" he says wiping away the tears.
"I love you" he says giving me a kiss. He looks and puts his hand on my stomach
"and I love you"
