Chapter 7 A hero?!

*Chat's pov*

I wake up to a weird sound coming from the window. I walk up to the window and notice that it's broken. A bunch of glass lays on the floor but I don't pay attention to the glass instead my attention goes to what's going on outside. I look out the window and notice that there is a giant robot walking around town shooting lasers out of it's eyes. Before I know what I'm doing I'm jumping out of the window. 

*Marinette's pov*

I hear a noise come from the window so I turn around and look at the window.  I notice that the window is broken and pieces of glass are laying by my window seal. I look out of the window and notice a Giant Robot walking around. 

"Chat?" I look around the room looking for any trace of that black cat. As I'm looking around the room my eyes stop at the window. Could he be....outside with that Robot walking around? I hope he's not. but most likely he is knowing how curious cats are.  Eh I don't really care either way. I probably would have cared in the past but..... After what happened I just can't get myself to trust again. I didn't expect Chloe to betray me.... she was my best friend. Am I just blind?  Was I to nice to her? Was she actually using me? As I sit up from my bed a memory comes into my mind. I feel a tear start to roll down my face slowly and right after came another tear. I sit there for a minute or two just thinking about everything.

*Chat's pov*

    How do I defeat this Robot? I look at the Robot for a minute then I find something interesting. The Robots eyes are blocked by a little gem in the middle of the mask. I jump onto the building that is closest to the Robot. As the Robot is walking I grab my staff out from it's holder and use it to get me even closer to the Robots shoulders. Once I'm on the Robot I climb up. When I get close to the Robots ears I hook my staff into the ear lope then I swing until I get close to jumping up to the Robot's head. When I make it up to the head I crawl down to the Robots mask and grab the gem. I crush the gem in my hand. Before I know it I'm falling to the ground. I look around and notice that there is a little boy right across from me. My instincts start to kick in I grab my staff and reach for the little boy. Once I have him In my arms I find the closest building and  I extend my staff. My staff catches onto the building I push the button on my staff making us come closer to the building. The boy laughs as the staff pulls us quickly closer to the building. 

After I take the little boy back to his house I head back towards marinette's house. Once I Get to her house I come through the broken window Quietly. I look around the room for marinette and I find her in her bed crying. 

I climb marinette's ladder and pull myself on-top of her mattress. I crawl over to marinette and place my hand on her shoulder. "Marinette? What's wrong?" I said bringing my face a little closer to her. I put my forehead against hers looking down and into her eyes.
