Jeonghan is sitting alone in tarbucks

"When will he arrive?" He thought, casually scrolling through their messages. He was in the verge of passing out due to drowsiness, but his instincts made him decide to still wait for him patiently.

A moment later, countless customers left the café, leaving jeonghan alone solely waiting for the one he loves. Or maybe the one hes supposed to love. However, no matter how long he waits for his 'man', he was met with no signs of him arriving. He looked like a total idiot, staying in his place as his supposedly warm latte went cold.

Out of pure annoyance he stormed out of the café thinking that he was fooled by that xu minghao he met online, after all minghao told him to wait there, yet he didnt come, and now the café is about to close, hes raging. 'Hmph, I wasted my time for nothing. Xu minghao that bastard.' He thought, huffing a sigh in defeat.

'And i thought this day was about to be the happiest memory I will ever have, what a stupid assumption jeonghan.' He spoke to himself. A knight in a shining armour was what he expected, but it turns out that he was just fooled by a peasant disguised as a knight. 'This day is the worst.'

At least that was he thought.

Until,

"Jeonghan! What are you doing under the rain without an umbrella?!" A man he didnt expect to be there called out to him, worried.

"Oh its raining, sorry i was too blinded by sadness to even notice."

The man who called out ran across the street all the way to him then immediately covered his now-shivering-body with his small umbrella. "Oh, look at you, you must be cold." He said before sliding off his jacket, hanging it by his shoulders.

As he was busy fixing his jacket wrapping jeonghan in warmth, their eyes happened to have met each others making them avert their eyes away out of awkwardness. During that very moment, jeonghan noticed the worry overflowing in the mans eyes, well how could he not notice, the two were really close to each other, considering that the umbrella was supposed to cover only one person.

Pitter-Patter

Pitter-Patter

Pit-a-Pat

Pit-a-Pat

Pit-a-Pat

The pattering sounds of the rain were soon replaced by jeonghans increasing heartbeat. His heart was about to burst, his emotions were messed up, he was hysterical.

'Seungcheol why are you doing this to me?' He thought while clutching onto his chest real tight in order to shush his beating heart.

"Stay at my home first then dry off, i wouldnt like it if you would get sick."

"Alright." He shyly responded.

Maybe this day wasnt that bad after all, despite the gloomy weather and the absent date, namely, minghao.

Meanwhile, there was this tall, soaked guy in wonderful clothes running under the rain, hoping that his date wouldnt leave. His polo was drenched in water, yet he kept on running to meet his 'man' oblivious that he had already left.

Once he reached the designated meeting area he was met with an unpleasant sight, for him atleast. Seungcheol, his bestfriend smiling widely at jeonghan while he smiled back. 'Oh, so i came here for nothing?' He actually looks happier with seungcheol instead of i...' He thought.

He stood there, watching the two laugh for enternity while his newly washed and ironed clothes got ruined by the rain. "Maybe he was a better match for him." Minghao sadly smiled until someone threw a towel to his head then interrupted his moment,

"A better match for who?" Minghao turned his head to the sudden voice and wow, boy was he astonished. A man, taller than him with fair skin, almond eyes and a button nose stood before him.

"Use that towel for drying your soaked noodle hair and by the way

my name is junhui, and you are?"

The End.
