Chapter 2
When I arrived at my locker I stared, taking in all the memories of being shoved and pushed into it. I felt a tear roll down my cheek, but I wiped it away before anyone could see. I fumbled with the lock and hummed my locker combination. 17... 32...24... 5. When it opened I piled my stuff into it. A boy walked up to me, at least I thought so, his locker was beside mine. He was really cute. He had dark brown hair, and brown eyes and wore a varsity jacket. He opened his locker while I stared at him through the side of my blue eyes. He was putting his books in his locker and then he looked at me.
"Hi" he said. I was surprised he was talking to me and I was nervous so all I could say was,
"Hey". He smiled at me and I smiled back. I was dying to know his name, I was just about to ask him, but the bell rang so I grabbed my books, shut my locker, and sped down the hallway. I glanced at my schedule and walked to my class.
"Hi guys, welcome to history." Mrs. Baker said. I chose a desk next to 3 new girls. I opened my bag and pulled out my textbook and binder.
"Please turn to page 1." she said. The class turned their pages and started to read. I looked around the classroom once I finished the chapter to see who was new, and who I knew. The popular kids sat in one corner of the room. The nerds, the goths, me and the 3 girls. I wondered who they were?
"Alright class thats it, I'll let you finish 2 minutes early." Mrs. Baker said. The whole class cheered and I grabbed my books and walked out to my next class. As I walked, the 3 girls came up to me and smiled. I smiled back.
"Hi My name is Jade. This is Jesy and Leigh-Anne."
"Hi!" Jesy and Leigh-Anne said at the same time.
"Hi" I replied. "Are you guys new this year?"
"Yeah, we just started. It's really cool don't you think? Are you new?" Jesy said speaking for all 3 of them.
"Eh, its alright." I replied. I just realized I hadn't told them my name so I added "I'm Perrie, by the way."
"Cool name" The boy said behind me. I quickly turned around to see the boy I saw earlier. I guess we were in English together.
"Who was that hunk?" Leigh-Anne asked.
"Haha, I actually have no clue, we have lockers beside eachother and we said "Hi" to each other, but thats it." I answered.
"Woah girl, He is totally in to you!" Jesy squealed. We laughed so hard I and playfully punched her arm.
"No way dude! I barely even know him." I said
"Your voice says no, but your eyes say yesssss." Jade whispered. We literally died laughing.
"Hey do you guys want to come to my place after school?" Leigh-Anne asked.
"Yea sure!" Jesy said.
"Sounds good." Jade replied
"Yes, Yes, Yes!!!" I squealed.
