it was really late at night, almost 2:00 am but I had to finish my drawing. I couldn't stop thinking about her. Her bright blue eyes, and her cute little laugh. She was perfect. I just finished her eyes when I looked up. How could she ever like anyone like me? Did she think I was cool, or worth her time? Ugh, being a boy is hard. I decided to call one of my closest mates.
"Niall?"
"Hey, Zayn, why the heck'r you calling me at this late hour? IM TRYIN TO SLEEP HERE!"
"I'm really sorry man, I just need some help." I said
He sighed
"What's up?"
"Well there's this girl, her name is Perrie."
"Edwards?"
"Yeah how did you know?"
" she's in my drama module, she's pretty cool"
"Oh sweet. Anyways um I kind of like her. Like a bit."
" dude that's awesome,! Anything else, I'm tired."
I laughed
" well I was wondering, what should I do to let her know?"
There was silence for a minute, like he was thinking.
" well, um, I think you should ask her to the dance. "
"What dance?"
"The winter formal! Jeez do you ever read?"
After all this time with school and studying I hadn't even noticed it was already December!
"Oh yeah I just forgot. That's a good idea though, but how do I ask her? What if she has a boyfriend? What if she doesn't even like me?"
"DUDE! RELAX! jeez calm down! You don't know any of those possibilities, you just have to find out, ask her out, get to know her, become close, and BAM! She's in love."
I listened really well and didn't reply
" that's good. Thanks Niall!"
"Anytime, except at 2:00 in the morning please!"
I laughed
"Yeah okay bud. Hey you wanna have pizza with the boys tomorrow night?"
" yeah sure, we can talk more about, Edwards."
"Good night Niall"
"Night"
And the line beeped.
I quickly messaged the boys on our group chat.
This chat consisted of:
Leeyum-Liam Payne, Nialler- Niall Horan, DJmalik- me, boo bear- Louis Tomlinson, and Hazza- Harry Styles, these guys were my best friends. Ever. Like seriously ever.
'pizza 8:00 tomorrow?'
Then I turned my phone off. I kept thinking about Perrie though, tomorrow I was going to ask her out.
