(Note: This is a short chapter and this is just a little brief summary of how it all happened, the chapters will be longer and will have more information)
As we became more anxious to start our search, Mom went down to the basement to start packing our belongings and food and water. Me and my sister are going out in search in of my father, wondering if our father, Moses Bellingham is still alive after a collapse in a coal mine.
Mom: You two be safe now, it is still dangerous down there
Zach: We will, you know how we are.
We gave each other a hug and got into the car. We started heading down Interstate 94 towards Pierre, South Dakota and heading off into Montana.
Violet: Do you think we will find him
Zach: We will, I know we will
We arrived at the mine and put on our safety gear. We started heading down the mine....that's when it all changed.
Violet: Look what I have found, Zach
Zach: Whoa What is it
Violet: It looks like two crystals split
Zach: May I see it
I took it from her hand. It was red and the other piece was blue, which was weird. I heard a rumble and the cave started shaking.
Zach: Come on, lets go, go, go, go, go.
The cave was going to collapse and they knew they weren't going to make it out alive. They hugged each other and the crystals glowed and all of a sudden, they were alive and in a completely different place
