Episode 10 - Into The Ancient World

SCENE 1
(on one of the streets)
(a police cob was arresting a couple of young men)
(they were cuffed and their hands were behind their backs)
Cob: I don't understand... why do you insist on nagging poor old Mr. Lester?
(he was leading then to his car)
Young man 1: he started it
(the cob stopped walking and looked at him)
Cob: he is just an old man...
Young man 2: he pretends to be poor...
(they went back to walking again)
Cob: well...
(they reached the car)
Cob: I warned you last time...
(he opened the door)
Cob: I would take you in...
(he got them inside the car)
Cob: if you bothered him again...

(inside the car)
(both young men were looking at each other)
(suddenly the cob screamed)
(the young men didn't know what happened)
(they couldn't move in the first place)
(then the cob was thrown at the car window)
(both young men screamed)
(the cob was bleeding from his nose, eyes and mouth)
(he fell dead)
(after few seconds of silence)
(the doors of the car opened with an invisible force)
(both boys were freaked)
(the boys were pulled outside the car and fell on the ground)
( they tried to get up to see what was happening)
(they found the tall young man with very long hair and a pair of glowing yellow eyes)
(he was standing with a serious emotionless yet calm face)
(he gave them the Tumi)
Tall young man (deep calm dueled voice) : I need more...
(his eyes glowed orange)
(the boys' eyes glowed orange as well)

SCENE 2
(at the mansion)
(at Edna's room)
(she was sleeping)
(suddenly she started shaking and blue smokes came out of her during her sleep)

SCENE 3
(At the mansion)
(Max, Oliver and Jason were standing in front of Avery)
Max: you got such a nerve to show your face
(Avery was looking to the ground)
Jason (angry) : we could kill you now...
Adam: stop
(he appeared)
(they turned to him)
Adam: don't...
(Avery looked at him)
Adam: I brought her here...
(they all wondered)
(Adam was talking innocently)
Adam: she is ready to help...
Max: help?
Oliver: what do you mean by you brought her here?
(Adam turned to them)
(Jason looked at his hands)
(Adam was carrying the map)
Jason: you used the map?
Adam: we were wondering about her place... So I asked her to come... And she came....
(they all looked at each other)
Max: that simple?
(there was silence)
Jason: she betrayed us... And because of that...
(he was sad)
(Oliver looked down)
Jason: Ray is dead....
Avery (tearing): I'm sorry... I truly am...
Jason: what would your apology do now?
Adam: Avery...is soulless...
(Avery turned quickly to Adam and so did everyone)
Max: what?
(Adam was staring at Avery)
Avery (amazed): how did you know?
(Adam was staring in silence)
Adam: when you helped my speech....

(Flashback)
(On the day Avery arrived to the house)
(she smiled kindly)
Avery: you still have difficulty in speech...
(she came closer to him)
Avery: I can fix that...
(she touched his forehead)
(he closed his eyes)
Avery: this would help...
(a light came out of her hand then it disappeared)
(she put her hand away)
(he opened his eyes)
(he looked at her)

(Back to now)
Adam: I saw the inside of you....
(she was staring)
Adam (innconently) : you were hollowed...
(he paused)
Adam: it was Musk....
(Jason slowly turned to Avery)
Jason: he took your soul?
(she nodded)
Avery: he forced me to come here... To help him get the book...
(she paused)
(she looked at them)
Avery: he has my mother's soul, too...
(she was tearing)
(they all looked at each other)
Adam: I'm sorry....
(she looked at him)
Adam: I wanted to help you... But I didn't know where your soul was....
(Avery frowned in wonder)
Avery: help me?
(he paused)
Avery: how can you help me?
(he wasn't talking)
Avery (raising her voice): Adam? How can you help me?
(suddenly a blue magical ray stroke Avery)
(she fled into the air to fall on the ground)
(everyone turned at the source, it was Edna)
(Edna looked different)
(she was glaring at Avery with glowing blue eyes. She had blue aura that surrounded her and blue smoke was coming out of her body)
(Edna was in the Blue Seal mode)
(Oliver was shocked)
Edna (deep scary voice): what is she doing here?
(her voice had changed)
(Adam came in front of Avery's body to protect her)
Adam: I did... It was me...
(she frowned in a shock)
Edna (deep scary voice): you?...
(she glared)
Edna (deep scary voice) : it doesn't matter... She is going to die...
Jason: Edna, stop...
(she threw magic energy at Jason, trapping him)
Edna (to Jason): stay where you are...
(Jason was trapped)
(Edna turned to Max)
Max: Edna.... There is no need for all of this...
(Max was calm)
Adam: Edna... Please listen... Avery is just a victim....
Edna (deep scary voice) : victim?
(Max was worried)
(she turned to Avery)
Edna (deep scary voice) : you don't know what the word victim means....
(she threw another magic blue energy at Max)
(the energy stroke Max but nothing happened to her as Max was nothing but an image)
(the real Max appeared behind Edna)
(Max caught Edna and whispered a spell)
Edna (deep scary voice) : no
(Max stabbed Edna with a shot in her back)
(Edna screamed in pain)
(Edna was pacified)
(Jason was free)
(he fell on his knee)
(he slowly raised his head to look at Edna)
(Edna was awake but she was on the ground sitting on her knees with her head down. She was still in the Blue Seal mode)
Oliver (to Max): what did you do?
Max: I pacified her... Using a spell I made...
(Jason turned to Max)
(she looked at Edna)
Max: she is quiet for now...
(Edna was still on the ground and surrounded by the blue aura)
