While working on homework all i could think about is going to prom since its almost the end of senior year. Might as well have a little fun while i still can, Clare kissed my cheek "Hey wassup babe". Domo came back to the living room with a red cup of juice "So since the court case is over what you wanna do next". I crossed my legs "Um actually I'm starting my music career with Lee". They all gasped at my announcement then Carmen looked at me rocking CJ to sleep "So when are you getting into the studio boo". I leaned back on the couch "Soon...Soon just wait on it". Moments later the doorbell rings, i looked at the front door "Babe are we expecting someone else". Clarence turned the burner on low and went to the front door "Yea actually we do". I got up following Clarence slowly watching the door swing open seeing a couple "Hey Bro". The girl spoke up "You look good Clare". Clarence let them walk in, they walked in looking around the apartment.

Carmen gave me the baby and stood in the middle of Nique and Kennedy "Aye y'all stop we don't need to beat a bitch up at a gathering". Darryl took Kennedy in the kitchen "C'mon babe we didn't come for drama". Nique tried following them but got held by Domo and Carmen "Nahh because this bitch got my girl fucked up". I had enough of this shit so I'm stepping in "Aye yall chill we don't need to be fighting at our gathering". Clarence heard all the noise coming from the kitchen "Aye y'all it's time to eat yall ready or nahh". We all nodded and sat at the dining room table but i had to set CJ in his crib in our bedroom then came back turning the baby monitor on. "You have a beautiful son btw" Kennedy mentioned. Nique rolled her eyes "Yo just dont say shit ight". Carmen tapped Nique hand "Nique stop you over reacting and yk why". Nique got quite at the table putting her head down. Which was different like what does Carmen know that i dont know like lmks "Um what yall talking about". Domo mouthed to Carmen "you didn't tell her". Carmen shook her head no, i clinked my glass "Um hello dont act like I'm not here". Domo sighed "Omg just tell queen already". Carmen shouted out "Nique is pregnant and so am i". I was so stunned on what i just heard like why didnt they just tell me earlier like why was it a secret to begin with but im not going to argue anymore. Clarence came in serving our plates "Hope yall enjoy tonight".
