It was my first day at Ford Academy, and I was feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness. I thought my life would be as good as my first year highschool in my old academy.

As I walked through the crowded hallways, trying to find my way, there I saw her. She had a confident aura about her, and her eyes sparkled with mischief.

She made her move. With a mischievous smile, she walked up to me and said, "Hey there, new girl. You must be Aubrey, right?" I nodded, slightly taken aback by her boldness. "Yes, that's me. And you are? Wait how did you know my name?"

She extended her hand towards me. "I'm Audrey. Welcome to Ford Academy. I saw your name tag, silly. I couldn't help but notice you're new here. Need someone to show you around?"

I hesitated for a moment, unsure if I should trust her. But there was something intriguing about her, something that made me want to take a chance. So, I smiled back and accepted her offer.

"Sure, that would be great. Thank you, Audrey," I replied, shaking her hand.

Not knowing that was the wrong move I did...

Aubrey POV

As we set foot on the sprawling campus, Sea's eyes widened with amazement. "Wow, this is colossal, it's like a small city, Bre! I can't believe it. I thought Philippines was a humble country, but look at this." She gestured towards the school, her voice filled with awe and disbelief.

"Yeah, it's a behemoth," I replied, stifling a yawn, my body still adjusting to the early morning wake-up call. "Miss them yet?" Sea asked, her eyes twinkling with mischief.

"Who?" I feigned ignorance, though I knew exactly who she was referring to.

"I bet they miss you. You should check on them, they might be worried sick." Sea's words were laced with sarcasm, and though I initially found it annoying, I couldn't help but chuckle.

"You needed this. You needed to reconnect with your old pals. Isn't that why you came back, cousin?" Her words echoed in my mind, and a mischievous grin spread across my face.

"I think they miss me too," I replied, a hint of nostalgia creeping into my voice. "I've wanted to reach out to them, but..." I trailed off, emotions welling up inside me.

"Bre, look." Sea reached out and held my hand, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "It's all in the past right?" I couldn't help but smile back at her.

"You're right, I need to forgive them." I said, my voice firm and resolute. "Maybe, just maybe, I can find peace in my heart--pft..."

I couldn't help but chuckle at the irony of it all. Sea burst into laughter, her infectious joy spreading throughout the academy. "Oh my gosh, you almost had me there!"

"But you know what?" I said, my voice taking on a more serious tone. "Peace is not what I came back for. I didn't return to Ford Academy to relive the past."

I paused, a mischievous glint in my eyes. "It's time to settle some old scores."

Sea's laughter subsided, replaced by a look of excitement. "That's more like it!" she exclaimed, her eyes shining with anticipation.

With a smirk on my face, I raised my voice and shouted, "Miss me, Ford Academy!" The words echoed through the empty ground, a declaration of my return.

And as I let out a smile that could freeze hell over, I knew that the tables were about to turn. I was no longer the timid girl they once knew. I had transformed into a storm, ready to wreak havoc on anyone who dared to cross my path.

The past may have haunted me, but now it was time for me to haunt them.

As Sea and I walked inside the gate together, our laughter filled the air, a symbol of the newfound strength and resilience that burned within me.

Ford Academy was about to witness a side of me they never knew existed, and they would soon learn that revenge is a dish best served cold.

"Let's go."

Sea pulled me, and we both smiled as we entered the school ground.

"Wow, it's like a museum in here! They even have picture frames, Bre! Hahaha!

Inside, Sea and I chuckled at the familiar faces in the pictures hanging on the wall.

"I'd rather wear jogging pants than their uniform," Sea remarked.

"Psh, what do you expect from a school full of spoiled brats?" I replied. "I hope we don't turn into one of them. Although, I bet you will." I added, but it was a joke. I know her better than she knows herself.

"I am not!"

We shared a laugh, as we continued walking.

"Bre, you told me about the pink room? I think this is it."

As we walked through the corridors, especially the pink room that Sea mentioned, memories flooded back - the laughter, the tears, and the questionable decisions I made.

Back then I was naive and stupid. Sea nudged me, "Remember when you used to sneak out during class hours with your ex?"

I rolled my eyes, "Yeah, and I thought we were so cool. Stupidity, at its finest."

"Bitter much?"

"Not anymore."

"Says you."

"If you don't believe me, then stop talking to me, idiot."

"We'll see. You might eat your words later."

"As if they would recognize me."

"Whatever you say."

Our journey down memory lane continued as we passed classrooms filled with echoes of the past. The scent of chalk and the faded graffiti on the walls brought a strange mix of nostalgia and regret.

If only I could erase memories as easily as I could erase chalk marks. But no, my experiences here at the Academy were like permanent scars on my heart.

"Let's go."

As Sea and I continued our journey through the school, a bitter thought gnawed at the back of my mind. I found myself hoping against hope that those tormentors from my past were no longer lurking in the corners of this Academy. If they were still here, I wasn't sure how much longer I could hold back the storm brewing within me.

They still had debts to pay, old scores that needed to be settled. Every potential encounter with them felt like opening a wound that had never fully healed, a painful reunion with a past I had been struggling to forget. I wished for their absence, yearned for the relief that would come with knowing they were no longer a part of this world that had once been my battleground.

Their lingering presence, like an insidious shadow, only stirred up old resentments that I had buried deep within my heart. It was a constant reminder of the pain they had inflicted, the innocence they had stolen, and the strength they had unknowingly forged within me.

As I stood there, amidst the echoes of my past, I realized that peace wasn't what I truly sought. No, what I desired was justice. A savage, raw, and unfiltered justice that would make them realize the depth of the pain they had caused.

A justice that would make them regret the day they chose to cross paths with me. I was no longer the timid girl they once knew. I was a storm, a force to be reckoned with, and I was ready to unleash my fury upon those who had wronged me.

So, let them stay. Let them linger in this Academy. Because the longer they stayed, the more opportunities I would have to make them pay. They had created a monster, and now, they would have to face the consequences of their actions.
