A Family Visit / Lost Dog Chapter 22

Its been several weeks now since the accident and I'm feeling a lot better than before. I will finally be able to start my walking training once again. I missed having Jungkook by myself. Hearing him sing to me with his smooth voice would always put me to sleep. But I feel like without him its boring... pretty much. As a surprise, PD-nim insisted my family to come over and see me. At that time I was able to get up by myself and get into my wheelchair. 

Once I got on I heard a knock at my door. I saw my younger sisters face pop out. The whole family was there. My brother then came in with a bouquet of flowers. Rushing to see me my mom pushed them aside and gave me a big hug like always. 

Mom: WE WERE SO WORRIED ABOUT YOU MY BABY BOY!

My sister then stared at me and sigh as she got back on her phone.

Kim Eun Jun: Wanna go get some air? 

V: I can't leave the hospital my manager told me it may be dangerous if any fans see me.

Kim Jeon Gyu: That's too bad. Well, we really gotta go your sister has an appointment and I have to head back to-

V: I get it... go ahead. 

They left leaving me alone with my mother who stood up and came near me.

Mom: I'm so-

V: It's fine. 

The room went silent but it didn't take long before she broke it.

Mom: So is everyone doing fine?

V: Yes they are... just Jimin has started eating less lately he forgets to take care of himself... but I know he's gonna be fine. He's just always trying his best...

Mom: You too right?

V: Of course.

Mom:...

Mom: I heard some rumors.

V: Hm?

She took deep breaths as she came closer to me.

Mom: Your fans keep talking about... you and Jungkook and how you guys are so close.

V: ...

Mom: You guys are just friends right? I mean sorry that was such a-

V: No.

Mom: No as in right or as a-

V: I and Jungkook are having an affair.

I sigh at what I told her. I could feel the air between us getting heavy.

V: Jungkook has helped me through so much already and it just happens I fell for him... it's not his fault. 

Mom: It's ok.

Shock at her reaction I made a half smile. She took my hand and looked at me.

Mom: I'm happy you found someone. I know how hard your work is and how you don't have the time for dating. I'm happy you've found someone as caring as Jungkook. 

V: Yes, he's quite charming isn't he. He kept trying to make me feel better it was pretty funny. 

Mom: That Kid still hasn't change did he.

V: What do you mean?

Mom: You still don't know?

I shook my head in response.

Mom: Can't you see he only wants to make you happy?

I put my head back as I started laughing and coughing at the same time. 

V: Of course... I know him better then anyone.

She path my back as she got out of the room. 

Mom: I wish you two a good life. Dont forget to text me... I'll be expecting a wedd-

I took a pillow from the side and threw it at her as she left laughing in the hall.

V: Doesn't she know I can't get married as an Idol...

Or maybe...

I smirk as I climbed back on the bed.

An idea came to my mind.
