Class trial begin, all rise
Monokuma: Let's begin with a simple recap of the class trial. If ya can figure out 'whodunit' only they will receive punishment. But if ya pick the wrong one, I'll punish everyone *besides* the blackened, and the one that deceived everyone will graduate!
Enju: This trial shouldn't take long because it should already be obvious who could have committed murder.
Monokuma: Oh? Well that's a little disappointing, the blackened must have been sloppy with their work.
Enju: The blackened is obviously Riuto Oka.
Kana: Hey wait, you can't just blame him without going over the evidence first. He is innocent until proven guilty.
Enju: What is the point? It will just be a waste of time and it's not like he's refuting my statement.
Kana: Riuto-san, why won't you say anything?
Riuto: ....
Okarine: Let's just go over everything first before accusing someone, if you haven't noticed all of our lives are on the line here.
Enju: Hmph, fine, have it your way.
Non stop debate - Make your argument
Enju: Riuto is the only one to have disappeared for so long
Enju: Meaning he is the most likely suspect.
Bukuro: She has a point and it's not as if he has explained himself.
Shiro: And it was not until the trial was about to begin when we saw him again.
Naoshi: Even if that's true...
Naoshi: He wasn't the only one to leave.

Okarine: I can agree with that.
Consent
Okarine: Naoshi's right, Riuto wasn't the only person to have left for whatever reason; Shiro, Bukuro, Naski, Kunieda, and even you Enju. You had all been absent from the pool for different amounts of time.
Kunieda: S-Shiro was with me so we can both vouch for one another.
Shiro: It is true, Kunieda-san had asked if I could show her where the lavatories were on this floor, which I obliged. I then stayed with her until she was done before the two of us returned to the pool area together.
Yoshiki: Well that clears up both of your alibis.
Kazuya: And what of the others?
Naski: I had gone to my dorm to retrieve a book to read, I had even briefly seen Enju on my way back, I'm sure she saw me as well.
