Tough Decision even leaving your loved one

Author note ; I wanna say I'm sorry it took me long time to make this update I had to figure out how I wanted to word it and literally stayed up late to write it and post it . I also want to give credit for the idea @sudemSolum hope it's good there is author note at the end .

The two of you have been together for 3 years now and its 2am and you couldn't sleep because your bones in your body hurts so badly so you slowly get up trying not to wake her up because she does need sleep .  once you sat up on the bed the pain kept getting worse but then decided to walk in the bathroom to take some pain medicine , while your about to take the bottle out of the cupboard she is up and walk over to you . " baby , whats wrong ?" she has a worried face and walks over to you resting her one hand on your shoulder then kiss your lips then wait for your answer .  Your trying to find answer and then started to cry because the pain hurts so much then managed to reply in between cries  " my whole body hurts like its sore to the bone " you kept on crying and she cautiously pull you closer and kiss your cheek . " oh baby " she says with sad face  " how long has it been hurting love ?" she asked you and then stays still " a month " then you cried harder . " alright babe I am going to take you to the hospital and we will check on what has been going on alright " she then grabbed your hand and both of you got dressed . 

Soon as you got done putting on your outfit with white t shirt and jean jacket with black skinny jeans and converse she grabbed your hand and walked downstairs . you did find the first half of the steps then you felt the room spinning and started to fall but you only managed to hit your girlfriend hand . " whoa babe okay im going to carry you so you don't get hurt even worse " she is freaking out a lot but trying to stay calm so she can focus on making sure you are getting taken care of . " I don't want to feel this pain no more and everything is spinning around me . " you pouted to her and she is carrying you out of your shared house and put you in the car and then got on her side and then drove fast as she could to the hospital because it hurts her seeing you in so much pain and you also almost fell down the steps so the faster we get to the hospital the faster we can get the answers .

1 hour later ( lets just guess 1 hour )

We finally made it to the hospital and then parked the car and she ran in there grabbed the available wheelchair and ran back to the car and slowly/ quickly / cautiously helped you in the chair then locked the car and ran back in the place while pushing you . " we will get answers and everything will be okay I will always be right by your side . " she said then leaned down and you girls kissed passionately and then she walked up the counter " hi yeah I am Demi and this is my girlfiend y/n she is having so much pain in her whole body and  gotten dizzy and almost fell down the stairs when we started to head out to the door , and yeah she has been feeling like this for a month " she told the nurse . " just fill out the paper and we will help you right after " one of the nurses in the blue scrubs told Demi  so then she grabbed the paper and sat next to you and filled out the paper quickly as possible since she knows the info  after knowing you for few years . Demi walked up handed the paper then within few minutes later the main doctor came in and grabbed the both of you and led you to a room . 

The doctor : " so Demi , I am going to take y/n back take a scan and then I will grab you in my office with the both of you to know whats going on . " he said confirming .

Demi : " alright , thank you doctor and I will wait here " she said then waited in the waiting room

The doctor wheeled you to the room and took a cat scan which took 20 minutes then took x ray after and then one of the nurses wheeled you into a room and had you just lay on the hospital bed and then the same nurse got Demi to come in . " hey babe , " you said to her when she walked inside the room and then pulled out the chair next to your bed . " I had x ray and cat scan " you told her and she nodded getting nervous and you grabbed her hand and intertwined it with hers . " I love you y/n " she said then kissed the back of your hand .  " I love you too " you said and did the same to hers . 

The doctor came in holding the clipboard and looked at the both of you " so y/n and Demi I am glad you took her straight to here because looking at both the cat scan which scans her brain then the x ray , looking at the screens thoroughly .... " he paused.

Your laying there on the bed not sure where your head is of what he is about to say and Demi looking at you with bunch of love .  He then continued on making it short  " Y/n , you have leukemia cancer and I will give you a moment and come back in and talk about treatments to cure the cancer " he did his job for the moment then walked to the doctor .  You sat up a bit and before you started to cry " how long will I have ? " you aske him as Demi is crying so hard and that pained you a lot .  " you have few weeks and that's without the treatment " he told you .  You nodded and once he left the door your both crying . 

Your shaking your head this cant be and with short time you are not sure what to do take a treatment or not take it . she sat closer to you and her eyes are blood shot from crying and still is crying  . " what do you want to do love ? " she said rubbing her hand up and down your arm .  your making  a decision but then you told her that you just wanted to live in the moment . " I just want to enjoy every moment with you until its time " you said then kept on crying non stop . She looks at you not mad at you because being mad at your choice is too much short of time .  The  both of you just enjoy each other each day every day in the hospital .

Past two weeks being in the hospital everyone visiting like your parents , cousins , aunts and uncles , your brother /sister ( if you have any siblings or anyone in your family you can add it to your mind while you read it hopefully that works out easier for you ) and then while the two weeks went by you have gotten paler and barely even breathe .  " hey baby " you said slowly to her then she quickly answered and sat close to you .  " yeah baby " she said curious because she is not sure what you wanted to say .  " i love you so much more than anything in the world and im thankful for having 3 amazing years with you and your so amazing , kind , sweet , beautiful , adorable and I am sorry for the hard decision I had to make . when I do leave no matter what stay strong okay and remember the good times . " you said then she kissed your forehead . " I love you so much also and same thing for you and I will do my best to stay strong for you darling and I will remember the good times , its okay that you had to make that hard decision im sure its not easy .

                      5 am next day on a Tuesday 

Y/n has passed away from Leukemia cancer  on Tuesday 5 am , her girlfriend didn't sleep at all and before she took her last breathe she said I love you and then she went up to heaven . Later on everyone gathered around the cemetery .

The priest : as we gather here today y/n has passed away from Leukemia cancer and she had amazing years of her life and had amazing girlfriend Demi that has been together for 3 years  . She was such a loving , kind , sweet , caring lady who is loved by all friends , family and Demi . 

Everyone was standing around crying and Demi stood by the casket and rest her hand on it before they put you in the ground . " I love you baby I always have and always will you will never be forgotten and always will be in my heart .'' she said still crying and her family was hugging her.

Once all over everyone went home and try to get through the day and she walked around the house looking at the pictures and videos and she went in shared bedroom and pulled out the drawer and grabbed the engagement ring and she said outloud . " I wanted to propose to you tonight but cancer came on by and took over . I miss you sweetheart .

Author note : I-I hope this is good sorry it took me a while to write it , it was really in process of writing I was just trying to find words to put together and I had a plan but I ended like it did because I feel like I cant see the screen from crying so much from this . hope you enjoy and I will update soon with another idea . thank you for reading and sorry for not updating often .
