Christmas eve

You woke up and first thing you did was look out the window and there still no snow which is very disappointing because what is Christmas Eve and Christmas without snow ? . 

You walked to the kitchen and made some coffee for both you and your girlfriend Demi since you always have coffee every morning .  After the coffee is made in the mugs you started to make some breakfast. While you were making eggs and sausage she walked in the kitchen yawning . "Morning babe and merry Christmas Eve " she said while walking towards you and kiss your lips . "Morning babe and merry Christmas Eve " you said back and kissed her lips also . " I made fresh cup of coffee for ya love " you pointed out on the counter and she grabbed it . "Thanks baby " she said then took a couple sips .

"So what's the plan for Christmas Eve again ?" She asked you while you finished putting breakfast on both of your plates that's on the table . " we are going to my grandparents house and we are going to have lasagna for dinner " I said soon as I sat down . " sounds like good idea to me I can't wait to see them again " she took few bites and then another sip of coffee . 

" I was thinking since we don't go later on at 2pm we will just stay home have hot cocoa and make some gingerbread house listening to Christmas songs then  get ready when it's time " she recommends fabulous idea and smiling looking at you . " that is fabulous idea babe ! Literally that sounds so much fun well anything we do I love having fun with you " you said as you cheered with your mugs hitting each other lightly and drank all your coffee and ate all your breakfast, cleaned up and Demi made hot cocoa while you cleared out the table for the gingerbread house getting it all set up .

She walked over with both of your mugs with hot cocoa and marshmallows in the cup and sat down next to you . " I love making these gingerbread houses it's so fun to make though it's messy !" She giggled . " I love making them also and alright let's get to it " your all ready to go and grab the frosting and the wall . " wait " she said then got up . You set it down "why to I got to wait for ?" You watched her as she walked towards the radio and put her phone on then blast Christmas music . All I want for Christmas is you is the one that's playing .

"Okay now we can start " she said sitting closer to you . " okay I'll hold the wall and you put the frosting on the side and we put the walls together that way it's easier process " you explained instructions to her and she agreed by kissing your cheek . "You got it " she said then as you held up both side of the walls she put frosting on the side and then you pushed it together softly and it stayed .

3 hours later
You both finished the gingerbread house and it looks amazing and she took a pic of it and post it on her Instagram story . After she did that you both got ready to go to your grandparents house and headed to the car .

After an hour drive getting there we pulled up in the drive way and got out and knocked on the door . Within few seconds my grandma opened the door . " merry Christmas y/n " she hugged me and I hugged back . " merry Christmas grandma . " merry Christmas Demi "  she said to her and Demi handed me the presents so she can give her a hug . "Merry Christmas y/gn " she said and then you walked inside and saw grandpa . " merry Christmas grandpa " you put down the presents and gave him a hug .

I put the presents underneath the Christmas tree and I joined in the Kitchen. "So how are you girls doing , anything new ? " y/gp asked to catch up . "We are great and yeah I was actually thinking to take y/n on tour with me when I release my new album " she smiled and got excited. " that's good to hear and good luck on your tour " y/gp .

Your all chatting with each other and finally food is ready to be eaten .  Everyone gathered around the table at your own seats and say a prayer ( my family does that every time but if you don't do a prayer you can add something else ) . After the prayer Demi and then you went and grabbed couple slices of lasagna and then add salad to the small plate . After the two of you sat down they got themselves a plate also .

After eating you all sat around the tree and started to pass out the presents.  You pass one out to your grandparents from you and Demi and grandma opened it and pulled it out . " ohhh this is nice I love the color " she said showing everyone what she got . " that will look good on you y/Gm " Demi encouraging her .

They passed out presents for Demi and you .  "Both of you can open the same time " y/gp suggested . You both looked at each other smiling and saying same time "alright " then opened it up .  " oh my gosh I love this !thank you so much !! She smiled got all excited.  " oh my gosh I love this also !! Thank you " you said and the two of you hugged them for getting you girls matching shirt and leggings . 

After passing gifts back n forth you girls had to leave . "Thank you for everything the food was really good and I love the gifts " Demi being grateful  and you did the same thing . "Thanks for everything pretty much what Demi said . " . " your both welcome hope you had fun and come back anytime and good luck on your tour Demi " .

You both walked in the car and drove back home . "That was really fun and your grandma lasagna was seriously really good " she said to you as she grabbed your hand and intertwined then kissed on top while driving. " I love you y/n I'm glad to have you in my life and spend Christmas with you " she says then starts smiling .  " I'm glad you love my grandma lasagna and that you had fun . I love you too I'm also glad to spend Christmas with you . " you said smiling and kiss her on the cheek .

Soon as you made it back to your house that you share , got out and grabbed everything and walked inside put presents by the tree then she grabbed your hand and ran upstairs . "Let's just cuddle which I know you always love . " she said while letting her clothes fall on the ground and put t shirt on and just underwear and you did the same . Got all cuddled up and when you fell asleep .." I love you so much baby " she whispered and kisses your cheek then fell asleep .

Author note : hey everyone! Hope you all had good Christmas mine was alright but just glad to be surrounded by family . I figured I make Christmas Eve update hope it's good and I know it's long . Thank you for everyone who came across to this story I'm sorry for not posting often . If anyone thinks of good title or idea let me know because I'm running out of ideas that's why I'm barely updating . Have good day /morning /afternoon .
