Her mother died when she gave birth to Vida, her father name Dave raise her on his own and remarried. Dave died due of heavy illness on Vida's age of 12. Stepmother Bora and stepsister Caroline (a spoiled child) always drag her to housework cleaning and upset of Vida's cooking. When Caroline almost knock down the vase, she told Bora that Vida did it. She argued with Caroline about small and big things, and Bora likely just yell at them to stop but the shouts mostly at Vida.
