New POV

Since then when he said we are best friend for whole life ... we all hanging out together and Tay treat me as his best friend but I am a bit too jealous over small things on him because I never have a best friend before ..

Tay come to my house to study minor subjects together with me before exam cos our house is just 20 min walk away to each other . In Engineering industry, Maths, Eng is a minor subjects for all departments . So , we always study together.

We talked each other almost every night or send message via Line and we know each other like an old friend. I don't have any secret with him and he tell me everything as well ..

Now we are already in our 2nd year uni student life

Me , Oab & Off sitting together and waiting for the break time . I saw Tay waiting for us outside...

Ring !!! 

"Finally long wait is over " Off happily shouted.
We close our book , put in the bag and coming out to Tay who wait for us to go back !

" Hey My Bodyguard Do u wait so long ?  " Oab jokingly said to Tay and wave his hand ..

Tay put his hand around Oab's neck and said " Yes at least you know it ! Stupid "

I don't like it ! I don't know why ! I know I was wrong to do it as they are already best friend since childhood. but maybe I am greedy ! I only want to know more about Tay & his secrets and want him to care about me more than other two friends.

Stupid me !! I just scolded myself .

" New , let's go " he put his hand on my shoulder . I don't even realised that when the other two friends go back . Jealous can make you blind. We are still taking school ferry as it's more convenient for us.

I just put his hand down from my shoulder & said
" Go Ass , you don't even see me coming out and smile at you ! when you see your best friend , you forget everything huh " I shouted at him.

He laughed and said
" what ?? Oh god !  kitty is upset ! you also my best friend ! he also my best friend . I care about you the same as I care about him " he patted my head and

" come let's go ! some of the secrets u even know more than him " 

I know I am bad person for being like this but when he said I know more about him than others . I feel satisfied. Maybe he is my one and only best friend . So , I scare to lost him .

"Tay Tay !"
I called him cos he dozed off on our way back home on the ferry and I am going to alight at next stop
"New Why ? I almost get a nice dream" he opened his eyes and asked me.

" I have something to tell you , tonight I will call you"

" you called me every night tho ! "

I hit his head and rush down from the ferry !

I called Tay while lie down on my bed ..

"Tay are you sleeping now ? "  I asked him as it's already 12:30 am .

( Can a sleeping person pick up the phone Kitty ? So,  what you want to tell me now ? )

" Well , I got a contact with my high school crush ! I saw her on facebook a week before ...

(A week before ?? why don't you tell me?)

" Listen to me first ! I'm still not finish. "

(Hmm go ahead )

" So I go and add her as friend and she accepted my request really quick . Then she send me a message via messenger seem like she is interested in me "

"Tay ! Tay ! "  since the other side is quite I quickly called him out ..

(hmm Sorry new I was almost fall asleep)

"what ??? so ok I won't tell you anymore ! I am not important to you as much as Oab ! If Oab will called you and asked for advise , you will happily take to him like your own case and in my case ,you are sleeping while I talk to you ! GREAT!!! "

Power off my phone in order not to receive incoming call from Tay  !!

I lie down on my bed with my eyes close ..

"New !! New !! " I heard someone calling my name !
I open my eyes and looks outside of the window . It's Tay standing outside !! It's already 1:10 am .

I go down and open the door for him and bring him to my room ..

"Why do u come at this late hours? my dad and mom will awake ! "

" I don't even ring the bell . I know they are sleeping . Well , why do u power off your phone ? "

" No , I am not ! The battery die " I lied..

" Oh O you are staying in your own house and the ph battery die ? Okay I believe ! "

" So ? " I asked him

" Continue your story, I am here to listen more " he lie down on my bed and close his eyes ..

" No mood " I replied sat on the bed

he open his eyes and said
" don't be a baby , I want to know what happened next "

" She told me that she is now in Singapore for studying and will be back to visit to Thai on next year ! She said she is so lonely staying there and asked my Line ID also ! How do you think ? should I ask her out ? " when I end my sentence, I look at Tay who closed his eyes and listened what I said .

" Hmmm Do you still lo.... like her ? " he asked .

" I don't know exactly but now she also away from Thai. So , Even I ask her out , I no need to spend time with her and my daily routine is still the same as usual "

" So u want to date as LDRS ? "

"Hmm but I need your advise ! Should I or Should I not ? "

" Just asked her out ! I know you so well New ! " he said and get up from my bed .

"Where are you going ? Sleep here ! it's already 1:45am ." I told him and grab his hand ..

" it's ok just 20 minutes walk to my home "

" I told you to sleep !! " I shouted him

" Ok Ok ! I will kitty ! don't shout ! your mom and dad will awake "

Sometimes he called me New , sometimes he called me Kitty cos he said the first day he saw me , I was like a lost kitty ...

" Good Night Tay "  I said to him as soon as he lie down beside me !
