Missing him

Elle's pov

As I got home,I parked Noah's bike in the garage and walked in. I saw dad talking to Lee and as they noticed my presence,they smiled sadly at me

"What is Lee doing here?" I took a Sprite from the fridge

"What can't a sweet guy come check on his best friend who he loves more than anything in the world without being questioned?!'

I dropped my drink "ok um one you're not sweet,two you ditched me to play with boobies at the fair! So yeah why are you here?"

Lee hugged me tightly "I know you'll miss him"

I pulled away "Yeah but I still have you right?"

"Of course" he grinned

"Ok I'm going to go pick up your brother from dance class" dad stood up and left

"So what do you want to do today?" Lee asked cheerfully

I smiled and was about to speak when his phone rang.

"Hello? Yeah um babe I'm actually with Elle,we were hanging out, sorry I can't maybe some other time. Ok bye"

He dropped the phone "so beach? Or movies. I heard there's a new movie out,wanna go watch?"

I smiled "I know that was Rachel,you don't have to cancel on your girlfriend for me"

"But-"

"No buts! Go on!"

He hesitated "You sure Elle?"

I nodded with a smile "Yeah I'll probably just watch some Netflix and chill"

"Ok then" he kissed my forehead before walking away

I sat on the couch and grabbed the remote,I flicked through channels but I could only think of one person

Noah

I sighed giving up on the TV and walked to my room. I say on the bed and picked a picture of myself and Noah on the beach after he finished teaching me how to ride his bike. We looked peaceful and happy

I told myself everything was going to be okay even without Noah but I realized one thing, I was missing Noah Flynn

Sorry for the short chapter,I'm feeling so lazy and I'm sleep deprived due to reading for my exams
