Elle's POV

It's been three weeks since I haven't spoken to Noah since the incident with Cherry. Tomorrow is his birthday and I'm planning on surprising him by going to visit him

"Hey Elle" Lee hugged me before walking into my room. "You got the tickets?"

I sighed happily "Yeah. You think he'll be happy to see me?"

"Hell yeah!"

"Kaylee Flynn! Language!"

He chuckled "When are you leaving?"

"In two hours,I want to be there by 6:00am in case he has classes"

"Ok,I'll drive you to the airport"

I smiled and turned to pack

I hope Noah will be happy with my present

Noah's POV

Tomorrow is my birthday day and Elle didn't call me to plan anything

"Hey Noah! So what are we doing tomorrow?"

I just want to sleep

"Um I don't know. What do you think?"

"How bout a party?!"

I shook my head "Nada"

Cherry giggles "I meant just the two of us silly"

"Um I'm not sure if I want to"

"But it's your birthday Noah!" She pouts and bats her eyelashes at me

I scratched my head, I could only thing about Elle. I haven't spoken to her in almost a month and I miss her like crazy

"Noah!" Cherry shakes my arm. I look at her and think of an excuse

"I can't celebrate,I'm really busy tomorrow"

"Ok we can have a mini party here,just a few drinks and dance"

I nodded " ok then"

She jumps up and rushed out excitedly. I lay on the couch and wonder what Elle is doing right now

Does she even remember it's my birthday tomorrow?

I pick my jacket and walk to the gym to exercise.

"Happy birthday to you happy birthday to you happy birthday happy birthday happy birthday to you" cherry sang holding a small cake

I sat up and looked at her "Thanks Cherry" she cut out a slice of the cake and fed it to me

I checked the time and it was 12:00 exactly. I checked my phone and messages started to appear. I replied to all of them and talked to mum and dad.

Elle didn't call, not even a text to wish me

"Here Noah" Cherry hande me a slice of cake on a plate. I smiled at her and dug in

"Any messages from Elle?"

I shook my head,she touched my arm and looked at me sympathetically

"Forget about her for now, it's your birthday so enjoy it

She's right. I should enjoy my birthday with or without Elle

"Here" Cherry handed me a glass of wine

She smiled and switched on the stereo. The song playing was Perfect by Ed Sheeran. I downed my glass

"Would you like to dance?" Cherry asked me and I nodded. I wrapped my arm around her waist and we were dancing.

"You look hot Noah" she whispered into my ear. I blinked and suddenly I saw I was dancing with Elle

Where the hell did Cherry go?

"I'm so glad to see you" Elle placed her head on my chest and I tilted her head up and captured her lips

"We're gonna have a fun night" she pushed me to the bed and suddenly everywhere became black
