MAYA'S POV
I grab Lily's arm and drag her into an empty class room so we can talk about this because we should probably do it in private rather than do it in the corridor. "So how long have you liked me?" I ask quietly,
"Uhm like a year or so" Lily says playing with her hair so that means she's nervous she's always had that habit,
"So uhm this Thursday do you like maybe want to go on a date? I ask really nervously maybe she's going to turn me down, maybe I'm not good enough for her I jump slightly when I feel a cold hand on my face I look into the eyes on her she's now blushing so red she mumbles "you were spacing out" then she clears her throat and moves her hand making me miss the warmth of her hand already "uh yeah I'd love to go on a date"
I decide to make a move I cup her face and slowly move closer to her looking into her eyes for approval when she makes no objections I lean in quickly and connect my lips with hers they are so soft are lips just move in sync with each other's her hands trace down my body and stay there we get caught up in the kiss and I find that Lily has pinned again the wall, we both break away breathlessly I look at her swollen lips and messed up hair even though I bet I look exactly the same we look at the clock and I hear her curse and she runs out but suddenly turns around and shouts at me to call her.
Later that night all I can think about is us kissing I do my night time routine and lay on my bed before falling asleep with a smile on my face.
