Standing in the bathroom in tears was never where Kurt had planned to be on a Friday night, yet here he was.

He knew they should have been more careful after finding out he was had the male carrier gene, but still in an act of drunken passion, they decided not to use them.

Now here he was, one month after their date night at "Therapy" a New York gay bar.

*Flashback*

They stumbled into their small apartment, not really sure who was holding who up. How they got into the bedroom without falling flat on their faces, only God will ever know, but there they were, Blaine pushing Kurt up against the now closed door, sucking a large purple mark on his long neck. "Babe.... bed" Kurt tried but Blaine wasn't having it. "No, right here. You're not going to be able to walk tomorrow." Blaine countered before working his way back down Kurt's neck. "Condom..." he tried to say but was interrupted by Blaine nibbling across his jaw line.

The rest was a blur, but Kurt can remember waking up the next morning sore, and he couldn't find a used condom in the trashcan beside the bed.

Now here he is, shaking on the lid of the toilet, with no idea what's going to happen now. In his hands is a small white stick, with two, very clear, blue lines.

On the counter beside him are three more, all holding the same fate. "There's no way Blaine's going to stay with me now, he has his whole future ahead of him, and now I'm just damages goods." Kurt thought to himself.

Blaine walked through the door at his usual time and was disappointed when his boyfriend wasn't there to greet him with a kiss.

It was a big day for both of them, Blaine secretly called into work, and spent the day shopping for the perfect engagement ring to give to Kurt. He was planning something big, over the top and romantic, because Kurt was everything to him and he really wanted to give him everything.

He searched the house, walking through every room calling his name, but there was no answer. Kurt could hear Blaine yelling for him, instead of answering his tried his hardest to hide all the tests and their boxes. Before he could finish Blaine walked into the bedroom and met his eyes.

"What's wrong, I've been calling your name?" before Blaine could even get the question fully out of his mouth, Kurt was sobbing and apologizing at the same time.

"I'm so sorry, so so sorry." He coughed out towards Blaine who, as usual, had no idea what in the world his boyfriend was going on about.

"What are you talking about love?" he tried to sooth, calm him down enough to talk. Instead Kurt just took his hands in his and slid them under his shirt to his stomach, he may not have been showing yet but Blaine definitely knew what he was trying to say.

With wide, teary eyes Blaine smiled. "I was going to wait until I had this big thing planned with balloons and singing and all our friends but I guess now I don't have to..." a confused and now hurt Kurt starred back at him with nothing but pain in his eyes, "You're leaving me?" his voice cracking.

Blaine was taken aback at the assumption, "No, no, no, never" he gave Kurt a small smile before running out of their shared bathroom to his satchel, grabbing the small box before rushing back to Kurt's side before he had time to question.

Blaine got down on one knee and began his long-planned speech, with a few changes.

"I believe from the first time I met you that my soul understood something that before -well uh- before my body and my mind. I knew at the first sight, that we were meant for each other. That's why it never felt like I was getting to know you, it felt like I was remembering you from somewhere. Like in every lifetime we have decided to continue to find each other and fall in love again and again. Now I get to spend the rest of my life – the rest of our lives, loving each other and loving this little peanut right here" he took his hand and stoked Kurt's stomach, placing a small kiss on it before continuing – "So, Kurt Hummel, my soulmate, my friend, my one true love, Will you and this little guy or girl right here make me the happiest man on earth, and marry me?"

Kurt's tears quickly went from desperate andhurting to tears of pure joy. "Yes. Yeah! Of course," he pulled Blaine off ofhis knees and into a deep kiss. "Everything's going to be okay" he thought to himself.
