Jas POV
It was a starting to warm up in philly all the rain had passed beautiful weather why the fuck did my girl have on a hoodie. A tick on at that.
"Babe you feeling ok?"
"Just a little under the weather." She replies which I knew was a lie. For the last few weeks something had been off. the sex was less frequent. She had bruises in spots that didn't make sense. I was gonna get to the bottom of it one way or another.
"Babe you need a ride home tonight?"
"Actually yeah. Need a break from Shawn and his bitching." I laughed
"He still going hun?" She just nodded.
"I'll text you the address once I get there." She kisses my cheek and disappears to our room.
I spend the next few hours in my books. Doing sone cleaning and light cooking.
"Damn that smells good" lo says sleepily as she comes out the room
"Glad you like it" I plate her food. Baked bbq chicken, rice and carrots. As she sits down I grabbed her something to drink
"I don't think I'm going in tonight." She says after a silence passed between us.
"What's wrong?" I asked knowing my baby wasn't herself. She started to cry...
I was at her side holding her
"Talk to me babe what's up?" She sniffles and hugs me like her life depends on it.
"It's Shawn."
"Ok what about him?" I asked confused
"He's been hitting me and forcing himself on me." She cries
"He what?" I asked pissed "look at me." She looks up
"You are done working for him." She nods and hugs me.
The next few hours were a haze ...
At some point I ended up at Shawn's club I had a gun in my hands, cops were yelling at me and Shawn looked like he had seen a ghost. My head was spinning as cops cuffed me and Shawn.
2hrs prior
I walked into the club to see everyone cleaning and getting ready for tonight.
"Shawn here?" I asked diamond who smiles and hugs me
"He's in the office love." I nod and head to the office in the back of the club. I peek in seeing Shawn at work in his books
"Long time no see." I smirked "what's up?" He asked sitting back in his chair
"Lo won't be coming into work tonight..."
"She good?"
"She won't be returning at all." I say putting my hand on my gun in my purse
"How the fuck you just gonna tell me my money maker quit?" He asked calmly getting up
I opened my purse and points a .45 at him
"Easily motherfucker. Now she won't be returning tonight or any other night." He reached for his gun only to hear me cock my gun
"You got it Jas." He say putting his hands back up
"Don't ever try to contact her or nothing are we clear?"
"Crystal." Just as i was about to leave the cops came rushing in
"Mam drop your weapon!" I stood frozen
"MAM DROP YOUR WEAPON!" I let my gun hang from my finger the I feel a cop take it off my hand
"Place your hands behind your back slowly" I slowly follow directions and they cuff me I watch as the force Shawn down and cuff his ass
Good riddance. I think to myself
Once I'm questioned and they are satisfied with my answers they let me go...
"You'll be contacted if anymore information is needed..." I nod, get in my car and drove back home.
The drive back home was deadly silent. I was hoping Lo was sleep when I got back but I was meet with tears and kisses...
"I'm ok." I say once she calms down.
She kisses me hungrily. Her hands are roaming my body. Her fingers find their prize and she pushed inside me cause me to gasp as she does her magic.
"You really missed me ?" I asked watching her with intent eyes she nodded. She pulls her hand from my core sucking my nectar off. Wanting to taste I kiss her...
We begin to strip and headed toward the kitchen she sits on the counter and wraps her short legs around my waist. I kiss on her neck and she bucks her hips against me.

"Let's shower and call it a night." She says sliding off the counter. I nodded and we head off...
