Your POV

After Lee kissed you, you felt like the most special person in the universe. " L-lee! " You yelled, calling after him. Lee kept running, far into the distance. "Come back! " You ran after him, following him into the forest. "Lee!  Please come back! " You run farther into the forest,  moonlight beaming onto the forest floor through the leaves of the canopy.  All of a sudden you see a flash of yellow behind a bush out of the corner of your eye.  You stop abruptly.  "Lee.....? " You whisper.  You slowly push the branches out of your way. " N- NARUTO??!?! " The small boy turns to face you.  "Oh, hey  Y/N..." He mutters.  He turns back to see Sasuke sitting with Sakura on a bench. "What are you looking at?" You asked him. "Actually, you know what, never mind. Have you seen Lee?" He answered you without looking up. "Yeah, he ran past here. That way." He pointed down the path towards the village gates. "Thank you!" You ran off to go find him.

Lee's POV
  
  I don't know why I did it, I have no idea why. Y/N just looked so beautiful I couldn't resist. The second our lips parted I knew I should have asked. That's why I ran. I can hear her calling me. I don't feel I can face her yet. I'm scared. What if she's mad at me, and I won't ever get a chance? She's getting closer. She sounds worried. I have to stop. I stop next to the village gates and let her catch up. She slows down and stands next to me. "Lee! Are you alright? " She looks so cute. "I'm fine, Y/N. I'm sorry for doing that. Please forgive me! If you won't then I will run 500 laps around the village on my hands to punish myself! " I say to her. How could she ever forgive me? "I usually do not act that way! I promise to never do it agai-" She cut me off with a kiss. Y/N kissed me.
