Error winced in pain as he limped slightly. It turned out that his previous wounds hadn't completely healed. It had been about a week or so after Ink had tried to patch it up but it had proved ineffective. They were going to Sci to completely heal the gash running down his chest.
"I should be able to heal it but he'll have to rest to insure it doesn't open back up." Sci explains to Ink who was helping Error walk.
"Alright." Ink replied.
"I also suggest he stays with you." Sci added.
"Of course! I wouldn't want him to get hurt more." Ink said with enthusiasm lacing his voice, a slight, almost unnoticeable, concern hinted in his tone. Error blushed a slight yellow hue at Inks words. The three walked a few more seconds until they got to a grayish white room. Inside were first aid kit's, syringes, a few machines, and a large gray table in the center of the room.
"Can you lay down on the table?" Sci asked Error. Error nodded simply as Ink let go of him, allowing him to walk to the table. Ink held his hands out slightly, prepared to help Error her to the table. Error smiled at the thought as he felt slightly cold, the warmth of Ink's touch now absent. Error sat down before laying back, his face scrunching in discomfort as he did so. Ink sat on a chair next to the bed, offering a hand to Error who took it gently, careful not to hurt the smaller. Ink's face flushed slightly at the delicate, enrapturing touch. Sci walked back over to the two, a gauze held in his hand. He snickered slight at the two skeletons demeanor. He recalled how when they walked in they mentioned they were just friends and nothing more. 'I wonder how long that will last.' Sci thought to himself as he smirked at Ink. Ink gave him a confused look, a rainbow tinge brushed against his cheek bones.
"Error," Sci began, his smirk growing wider, "could you please remove your shirt and jacket." Sci asked. Ink face flushed at Sci's request, realizing what the smirk had meant. As Ink attempted to calm himself down Error obliged to Sci's request, not thinking it was weird. Ink snuck a glance back to Error, almost wishing we didn't. His face erupted in blush as he desperately tried to hide his face in his scarf. Error, seeing the flustered rainbow, chuckled slightly. Sci, holding back his snickers, git to work, quickly healing Error. The healing process was fairly soothing, it almost instantly lulled Error to sleep. Sci glanced up at Ink after he was sure Error was passed out, taking the chance to tease Ink.
"So, how long have you guys been, "friends"?" Sci asked.
"A-About two w-weeks..." Ink stuttered out.
"And how long have you guys been in love with each other?" Sci asked with a smirk. Ink blushing slightly faded as he put a skeletal hand to his chin in thought. He hadn't really considered the thought of being in love with Error, but the signs were obvious. Every time the two meet up, Ink couldn't help but smile and blush. He felt butterflies in his stomach any time he even saw Error. He always found himself feeling lonely, even when he was around the star sanses, as long as Error wasn't there it felt like nobody was. But when he was alone, he found himself sketching the same thing every time, Error. It had only been two weeks but the two were already inseparable. Error was in Ink's thoughts 24/7. The longer Ink thought about it, the more he realized just how much he truly loved Error. Even before they became friends the signs were there. Ink smiled at Sci before responding confidentiality.
"Since the start, I just didn't realize it." Sci seemed a little taken back by the answer but smiled warmly at Ink, happy he could help.~Samsational
