~°Monday (3rd day in Paris)°~

Yesterday I didn't do much, I just walked around Paris and tried to figure out what was where and where that was. I found a cute little bakery here too, their croissants were delicious! And I think I found my favorite place here too, it's a little book store called The Abbey Bookshop! I found it when I got lost in a little alley way.

I was thinking about this right before my alarm went off, today was going to be my first day of school at Paris! I jumped out of my bed and made it all neat again. Then I showered, brushed my teeth, and threw my hair up into a ponytail (If your hair is short you kept it down). I went to my closet to pick out an outfit.

I chose a green long sleeved shirt, black skinny jeans, my black vans, and added a watch and my favorite pair of earrings that were pigs. I noticed that I was going to be late if I didn't head out the door soon so I grabbed my little black bag that I carry everywhere and left the building.

While walking towards my new school I wondered if it would end up like last time. What if they all hate me and talk behind my back? I can't let that happen again! I'll try to be extra nice this time, then I won't hurt anyone. They won't hurt me either. I saw a man walking down the steps of a building, he was carrying a large box and was trying to use his cane to help him, but it was of no use.

"Hey, do you need some help?" I asked him
"Well, yes actually." I walked over to him and noticed his shirt, it was a red Hawaiian shirt. I thought it was pretty funny that an old man would wear such colourful things! It made the world seem a bit brighter too. After helping him down the steps I looked around to help him get the box into his car, but there were no vehicles around us.
"Where are you bringing this? I don't see your car, so I'd like to help carry it for you!" I smiled warmly at him, he looked a bit impressed. Maybe people here aren't normally nice enough to help a man.

"Oh, yes I was taking it to my shop, it's a 5 minute walk from here. But don't you have school to get to?" He looked up at me waiting for a response.
"Well actually, today is going to be my first day. But I can be a bit late, you seem to need help and that's more important than first impressions to me!" The corners of my mouth curled up into a smile and he led me to his little shop.

It was a very cute shop, he does some type of therapy stuff. I looked at the time on my phone and realized how late I was going to be. "I'm really sorry to rush out like this, but I'm going to be really late so bye!" After saying farewell I sprinted out the door but I could hear his "Thank you!" In the distance so I yelled back "You're welcome!!" And continued to rush to school.

~°in class°~

I was so out of breath by the time I got to the classroom that I had to stand outside the door for a minute to get it back. I pushed open the door and immediately started apologizing, "Miss I'm sorry I'm so late! I was helping a man and lost track of time, please forgive me for my tardiness. I really am sorry for disrupting the class like this!" I fiddled my fingers together and my legs were shaking a bit, this is so not a good first impression!

"Ah, you must be the new student! I was wondering where you were, but since today is the first day for you I'll let your tardiness slide." She softly said while smiling at me, then she turned towards the class. "Everyone, we have a new student joining us today! I would like you all to treat her with respect and help her if she needs it. Would you like to introduce yourself?" She asked me after addressing the situation to the class.
"S-sure!" There aren't that many people in this room but it still made me a bit nervous.
"I'm (Y/N), and I just moved here from America. I live in that new building Habiller en Beauté, my mom just stared managing the boutique for Gabriel. That's all!" I spoke slowly, I didn't really want to reveal too much about myself so I went with the stuff most people would figure out about me.
