WARREN P.O.V.

"You have a wife?"-she looked shocked.

Lagot. Nadulas ako.

"ah e eh wala ah. Ako may asawa na?. No way. You heard it wrong siguro. Sabi ko favorite ko yang nga white roses na yan kaya dapat maging favorite din sya ng magiging future wife ko"

dali dali kong palusot.

I saw her smile as she looked at me then it turned into a smirk.

"No need to explain. Like I believe naman nà you have one. Wala naman sigurong magkakamaling  pumatol sayo. She must be out of her mind pag pumayag syang maging asawa mo"

'then you must be insane by then' i whispered so that she wont hear.

"anu?"-nicole

"youre really breaking my heart Ole"

the fact that she cant remember me is breaking my heart even though I know its for the better if she cant remember the past at all but still--.

napansin kong natigilan sya.

"What did you say?"

"huh?"

"I mean what did you just called me?"

nakakunot yung noo nya while nagtatanong nun.

Nanaman. Nadulas nanaman ako.

Natawag ko syang Ole.

Im the only one who call her that.

"tawag sayo? wala naman ah."

"I heard you called me Ole"

"Sinabi ko ba yun?"

"ewan ko sayo. It sounds familiar though ,even if its the first time na narinig ko yun, like ive already heard it before. Ughh. This memory gap is really annoying."

"You have a memory gap?"

"I think so. I had an accident when i was still a kid my father said so but i cant remember it or any of my childhood at all and--"

I stiffin while shes tellin me about the accident.

It was my fault. That accident was  my fault.

"and?"

"and i think my nakalimutan akong sobrang napakaimportante sakin"

I heard my heart beat loud.

sobrang napakaimportante sa kanya?

I shouldnt be assuming

but that something important could it be--

"Warren. I know this is insane but have we really met before? come to think it, In those few days ago im sure that that was the first time i saw you pero sabi mo hindi yun yung una nating pagkikita and theres something in you that seems familiar"

and with that question I remembered the past when I was still 6.

*flashback*

I was sitting at a corner of the playground when I heard footsteps

"hello"

a cute girl probably the same age as mine is smiling in front of me.

"ha- h-Hi"

i greeted back as i lowered my head cuz i feel somethings hot in my cheeks.
