Annabeth's POV:

"Thanks." I say as Percy passes me a blue hot chocolate.

"I think that's it." He says as we look through all the photos on the camera.

"Yeah. Next week we'll do eachother and then we can do the written piece in class." I reply. He checks his watch.

"It's literally only seven thirty. You wanna watch a movie or something?"

"Sure. What do you wanna watch?" He seems to think for a second before Estelle bursts into the conversation

"Wittle mermaid!!!!!!!!!" I laugh, and then catch sight of Percy's dimples as he does the same. I'd never noticed those before.

"Good idea" he finally says. And we head out of his room and into the living room to pull it up on Netflix.

"UNDER DA SEAAAA". I CANNOT stop laughing as Percy recites every lyric to the song as it plays through the TV. Estelle had fallen asleep at the very beginning-when Ariel is supposed to be at a concert-and Sally has taken her away so now it was just the two of us watching the movie

"AGHH" Percy yells just as Ursula comes out of the shadows. I scream.

" holy shit, Percy"

"Language!" He calls

"Oh shut up. You swear more than me!" He sticks his toungue out at me and I laugh back before turning my attention back to the screen.

Percy's POV:

As the end credits roll in I check my watch. 9:00. Annabeth had fallen asleep at some point near the end of the movie. I think that it would be a shame to wake her so I grab her phone and go into her text app

Hi! This is the guy Annabeth's doing the project with...she fell asleep, and i was wondering if it would be okay if she stayed over?

I text.

Sure! I appreciate the message.

OK! No problem!!

I quickly yell to my mom that Annabeth is asleep and she's staying the night before carrying her to my room and laying her down. I choose to make a bed for myself on the ground and fall asleep pretty quickly despite the discomfort.

Annabeths POV:

Okay the truth is I wasn't asleep the whole time. I wake up when Percy calls to his mom that I'm staying the night, but when he picks me up I'm really just to tired to do anything about it so I go with it when he puts me in his bed and walks around for a while before laying down on the ground. It's after his breathing evens out and I can see the silhouette of his chest rise and fall in the darkness that I finally realize;

I have a crush on Percy Jackson.
