Jaemin got out of class as the bell rang signaling school was over, Donghyuck had that date which sucks so now Jaemin had to go home alone

He walked out of school, swiping his bangs out of the way when suddenly he spotted a very familiar figure near the gate

"Jeno?" Jaemin quickly ran there and there he was Jeno and all its glory
"what are you doing here?" Jaemin asked

"i got discharged from the hospital so id thought id visit you" Jeno said smiling

"you shouldve rest" Jaemin sighed

"let me walk you home!" Jeno said suddenly grabbing Jaemins hand and intertwining it with his own as they walk further away from school

Jaemin looked down and blushed, he didnt know what to feel about any of this, but screw that, Jeno's hand felt warm and welcoming

they continued walking till they reached Jaemins house,

"are you sure you can go home by yourself?" Jaemin asked worriedly looking at the cuts on Jenos face, arms and legs

Jeno nods
"ill be fine Nana" he smiled again,
"see you" Jeno left a quick peck on the boy's forehead before leaving a shocked Jaemin

Jaemin came to his senses and quickly went inside his house, he was flustered. Thats for sure.

"what is going on" he mumbled and made himself tea when he got a text

Jaemin turned off his phone and continued sipping tea, was he now actually falling for Jeno? then whats that feeling in your stomach and heart when he holds your hand or shows his smile?

seconds later his Jaemins phone rang

"Donghyuck?" he mumbled as he saw the caller id furrowing his brows, its not everyday you see Donghyuck calling people

"i swear Donghyuck if youre going to ask me to go to the mall with y-" Jaemin answered and started nagging and stopped when he heard Donghyuck crying

"what- what happened? Donghyuck?" now Jaemin was worried, Donghyuck rarely cried as he was the happy jolly rancher of the two

"im coming to your house" Jaemin stated before going out to his bestfriends house quickly
