another hectic day for Jaemin, seems like everything had been going wrong these days for him.

it was nine in the morning and Donghyuck had called him asking where he was and in reality Jaemin was in bed and too lazy to even go to school. He was already in his uniform and everything when he decided to skip

Jaemin just hung up on the call with Donghyuck and now there goes his phone ringing again

"what do you want Hyuck" Jaemin answered annoyed, way to ruin his perfectly good sleep

"can you buy me instant noodles?"

"no-" Jaemin was about to close the call

"pleaseeeee Jaeminie pleaseeeeee" Jaemin could imagine Donghyuck pouting in the other line

"why?"

"Chenle and Jisung are coming over to my house later"

"wh-"

"because theyre gonna have a sleepover here," Donghyuck answered quickly knowing what Jaemin was about to ask

"fine but im coming" Jaemin huffed, he could hear Donghyuck saying a small 'yay' before ending the call

Jaemin got out of bed and did a quick look at himself. He didnt need to shower because he already did earlier, not bothering to fix his hair. The boy looked outside and it looked like it was about to rain, Jaemin decided to just risk it all and went out with his uniform

Jaemin walked out to the convenience store, it was beside a park that had a stream and a bridge, when Jaemin was in junior high he loved the place. He used to come there with Jeno to feed the fishies, Jaemin strolled across although the weather was getting darker by the moment. He walked across and back on the pathwalk

Jaemin then noticed two figures sitting on the park bench

Jeno and Doyoung. Jaemin was behind them so they couldnt see him, but Jaemin sure can. He then heard words from exchange from their mouths.

"....i love you and forever will" Jaemin could heard Jeno and then he saw jewelry,  a necklace

as if it was on cue the storm started

Jaemin let out a choked sob, he didnt even realized he was crying. Jeno and Doyoung turned around to get out of the place when he saw Jaemin

"Jaemin wait" Jeno realized that he probably heard everything

Jaemin stood there, from head to toe, wet, his pink hair looked lifeless. His tears blended with the rain.

Jaemin then ran away, retracing his tracks and now over the bridge. The bridge that had all his memories now..

"Nana" Jeno took a hold of Jaemins wrist, cliche, but anything to prevent Jaemin from running away

"let go!" Jaemin said, voice cracking trying to get his wrist free from the others hold

Jaemin turned to see Jenos pleading eyes, his clothes and hair soaked from the rain that seemed to get angrier, its like it knows what Jaemin is feeling. Jaemin then shook his hand with force finally free, he ran.

something wished that Jeno followed him...
