I woke up from my deep slumber without any evidence of dreams neither nightmares . I observe my hand which is healed and I take of the bandage. I see a new phone lying on my nightstand I am guessing one of my grandparents got it for me ,I check it out and I see everything is already restored from my previous phone .
"Ahh Namjoonah you're awake I was just coming to wake you up so anyway , freshen up fast we have to go for a run, now come on get up", I hear my dad say to me and then he leaves.
A big sigh escapes my body when I leave the warmth of my comforter and go to the bathroom and do my daily morning routine , I don't shower because I'll do it after my training with dad .
I stretch as I comeback from the bathroom and then I go to our cosy living room.

I see my mom and dad sitting near the coffee table chatting ,I go there and greet them, "Good morning Mom and dad " .
"Good morning sweetie now off you go " , my mom wishes me and signals me to leave with dad who's already waiting near the door , damn the old man is fast . I join him and we first go for a normal run which consists of us running in our human form.
"So Namjoonah did you had any problem last night whilst sleeping ", dad ask me whilst running by my side. "No dad nothing ", I reply to him , We then just continue are run to the training spot , it's a clearing deep in the forest it has some broken trees and big logs that he make me use as weight liftes .
We begin are training by use of stretching and then training in the human form first and then or wolf form because you never know what position you may be in so one should always know how to defend themselves in there both forms.

As we end are training with me having some minor cuts here and there and my dad standing near me without any cuts or wounds.
"You always win dad, no fare, go easy on me sometime old man" , I whine as he just chuckles and gives me a hand to get me up from the ground as I was laying there panting to catch my breath.
We leave for home in our wolf forms and in no time we're at home ," go take a shower and then come down for breakfast", says mom without looking at us as we leave for our respective room .
