"I see there a party going on in here", namjoon's father says as he enters inside the dinning area startling everyone other than namjoon since he already sensed his presence. "father", he addresses him as he gets up from his seat in a defending manner.
"my son you're here unexpectedly", HaRin says getting up as well. "am I not allowed to come visit you all", Yeonjoon asks pretending to be hurt. "oh cut the crap yeon tell us why are you here", dojoon says not wanting to play any more games.
"I see my presence here is not appreciated, I am here to meet my son's mate", yeonjoon says looking at jin who's face is like a dear caught in headlights. "your majesty", jin says and bows not fully because namjoon won't let him. "I told you not to do this", namjoon interrupting jin from curtsying any further. "my son don't stop him let him appreciate us, after all he's beneath us", yeon says whilst smirking.
"he will do no such thing father", namjoon says with venomous voice. "why", yeonjoon says now looking at namjoon instead of jin. "well I don't know whether you're familiar with mate's being equal so if I don't curtsies to you he wouldn't either", namjoon says in a challenging tone.
"why are you doing this yeon", HaRin says trying to remove the tension from the atmosphere.
"I am here to warn about Magnus bane the high warlock, he fancies paying you all a visit", Yeonjoon says and turns around not before looking at jin, "I see what my son likes about you", he says and leaves more like vanishes into thin air like he was never there before obviously using witche's charms.
"who's magnus bane", namjoon says now looking at his grandparents who look like they have seen a ghost. DoJoon sighs, "I guess it's time", he says whilst looking at his mate and she nods in agreement.
"namjoon my son we hid something from you in fact we have hidden from all our people", HaRin says still standing near her mate. "what are you talking about mom", namjoon says and looks at her with questioning look on his face meanwhile jin is just to astonished to think ahout anything since he knows who magnus bane is.
"let's go to the living room", jin says understanding the situation. they all agree and go in the living room dinner being long forgotten. "I guess I should go", jin says as he thinks he should give the family time to talk. "no no sit here with namjoon you're now part of our family after all", DoJoon says as he signals jin to take a seat on the couch where namjoon is sitting facing his grandparents still in the need for answers.
DoJoon takes a deep breath and begins, "your mother namjoon never liked you". "I know that", he interrupts . "just listen my child", HaRin says silencing namjoon. "so when you were born she loved you like any other mother would but the day when you turned three showed us your rank, she started to despise, hating you as she thought how dangerous you can be for her once you take the throne to be truthful in all aspect she was afraid of you", DoJoon says and takes a break to think how can he tell his son about everything without hurting.
"so as you grow up that jealousy and madness of power started growing in between your mother's mind, you were nine at that time when all hell broke lose", HaRin says.

namjoon is in his room he's nine years old , he's seated in his bed reading a book about earthly creatures even as a child he was curious about things around him meanwhile his mother who's out of the kingdom in a powerful warlock's house. "you know the thing that you want doesn't come without paying a high price and it's not relative that we'll succeed ", the warlock says as she looks at the werewolf queen for the permission. "I know just name your price and it shall be yours ", the werewolf queen says clearly blinded by rage. "I need the rubi stone from your crown", she says looking the queen. "I will give it you only when the work is done", queen says getting up . "then do come tomorrow with it when the work is done", the warlock as she is confident the she'll succeed in taking the power of little prince.
The night befalls of the next day as the queen awaits for the magic to happen but all that happens is nothing namjoon lays in his room harmless. The queen goes into hysteria destroying the whole warlock town not before torturing the warlock who promised her to the job but failed . She leaves the town who is now destroyed the families that lived all destroyed due to the wrath of the mad queen.
In the morning when she returns like nothing happened not having any thought of what will the high warlock do once he gets the news of the destroyed town. Days passed all calm and serene in the werewolf kingdom but not in namjoon's room as his mother is hitting him because he broke a plate whilst having his snack . She slaps the little prince again who does nothing but cower with fear in the corner "you filthy mut , you don't deserve this power it should have been mine", she says as she slaps him again.
A loud cry is herd from outside and queen goes to check but she sees nothing but down in the below level the warlock have attacked the whole place killing everyone who came in sight . As the queen descends down the floor she comes face to face with none other than Magnus Bane the high warlock of the warlock community . "you're the one who killed my fellow beings", he says with malice clear in his voice. "TODAY IS THE DAY YOU SHALL FEAR AS THE THING YOU DESIRE THE MOST WILL BE THE ONE WHO TAKES EVERYTHING FROM YOU,NOT A SINGLE SOUL WILL BE LEFT UNHARMED AS THE WRATH YOU FEAR WILL KILL YOU ALL LEAVING YOU IN NOTHING", he roars as he binds the curse to the werewolf community and leaves.
The queen now fearful of her own son decides to do what she wanted to do for so long as she now has the firm reason which enables her mean while Yeonjoon is rushing to see whether in this rampage his son is harmed or not. The queen runs to his sons room with a silver knife in her hand laced with wolf's bane. She opens the door of her son's room and sees him passed out on the floor out of exhaustion from past beating she advances towards the lying figure ready to stab his own son , she puts her hand back ready to draw the knife through his heart but just before she could do so Yeonjoon comes inside the room and bites her neck off her body in werewolf form. The beheaded queen's body kneels and then lay flat on the floor blood gushing out of it like a river pooling all over the floor. Yeonjoon releases the deepest most melancholic howl of sadness as his mate dies. It's accompanied by hundreds of other growls of sorrow as the wolf pay respects to the dead.
The little prince gets up suddenly in all panic hearing the howls of pain he opens his eye and sees his mother's beheaded body lifeless laying on the blood covered floor. No words are uttered as he just observes his father's canines covered in blood as he howls in sorrow.

look who's back from writer's block *jumps in excitement* ......ME!!!!, I am sorry that I took so long to update this book, basically I broke the flashback chapter into two parts as it was getting to long to read, next chapter will be updated in a short while.
