Kyungsoo's POV

School had let out for the day and I had said goodbye to JongIn. Now I was at home waiting for my mom to gather the rest of her belongings before we left.
" 'Kay hun. I'm ready to go." I nodded and took one of her bags in hand then we walked out to the taxi waiting out front. We made small talk on the way to the airport. My mother going over the rules and me just listening and nodding. She knew I would follow the rules, but she recited them anyways. In thirty minutes time, we made it to the airport. I followed mom in and let her check in while I sat and played Bounce Masters on my phone. She finished checking in and was now sitting next to me. Mother laid her head on my shoulder and I wrapped my arm around her. " I'll miss you. My sweet squishy baby." She whispered while poking me in the cheek. I laughed and looked down at her. Yes surprisingly I am taller than my mom. My dad was tall yet I'm short enough to disgrace the male race. " Mommy, it's only six months. I have to grow up at some point. So, go. Have fun, and meet your goals." " I don't know who you take after, to be such a sweet boy."
" Now boarding flight 957 to Taipei." That was her flight being called. I walked her to the terminal and hugged her for the last time before I saw her again in six months time. She kissed me on the cheek and on my left temple before giving my hand a squeeze, then she boarded the plane. I walked back outside and waited for another taxi to come by. As I stood, I watched the plane take my mother further away from me.
Soon enough, I was nearly home. I checked the time then paid the driver. A sat the counter in my kitchen thinking about what to do for dinner. JongIn had already told me he'd be a few minutes late. I got up and looked through the fridge. Stir fry and chicken. I'll settle for pizza. I unlocked my phone and found the nearest pizza place and asked for a delivery. Finishing that up, and having nothing to do right now, I sat in the living room and turned the tv on.
I was in the middle of an upcoming model show when the doorbell rang. Pizza. I grabbed the thirty dollars off the side table and made my way over to the door. I opened it and a boy about my age was in front of me. " Do Kyungsoo?" I nodded and he went on. "Well here's your pizza and fried chicken," I handed him the money and thanked him. He gave a 'have a niice night' reply and walked away. Just as I had shut the door and got ready to eat, the doorbell rang once again. I groaned loudly, " Who could it be this time?" This time when I opened the door, I was met with a casually dressed JongIn, the ends of his hair reaching right above his eyebrows. " Hey Kyungsoo. Um, can I come in?" I mentally face palmed and moved aside so he could come in. He followed me inside and sat on the couch with me. " I ordered pizza and chicken before you got here. So if you're hungry, help yourself." I went to the kitchen and came back with the food. I watched as his eyes lit up, the chicken being his main focus. We sat and ate while he watched the show with me. When a model named Kim Kai came on tv, he almost choked. I handed him water and continued to watch. " Ya know what? He kinda looks like you." He laughed a little and quickly changed the channel.
