I quickly run out of the store with the bag of cash in my hands. The hid my gun in my pocket and speed down the street. As I run past the park, I hear sirens. My legs go faster as my breath scatters. I want to stop running and rest. However, I can't. No matter how much I wasn't to leave this stupid and dangerous act, My legs don't stop. I run past the neighborhood and into someone's yard. I jump over their fence and run. I look behind me as I see two cop cars who spot me. I quickly shift and turn to my right- into a ally way. I continue running as I see a ladder on the side of a tall building. I quickly shove the bag of cash into my backpack and climb the ladder. Once I reach the top, I quickly throw myself onto the harsh gravel as I feel a sharp pain on my left cheek. "I must've scraped it" I thought to myself. I get up and look over the edge of the roof. Below me, I see cops running through the ally-ways like mice. " Heh, Got 'em. " I say out loud. I hear a door open next to me and on my right. I look over as it is a girl. " SHOOT! I'm done for! " I say, yelling in my head.

The seems around my age. She has light brown hair and ocean blue eyes. The girl is wearing a pastel pink shoulder-less shirt. The shirt seems too big for her size as it touches her thighs. She's wearing black shorts, and knee high white striped socks. However, her socks aren't matching. One of them has a purple stripe at the top. While the other has a pink striped sock. She looks at me shocked. She looks at my short boy- cut hair that is black. And my snakebite piercings below my lips. She walks closer to me. Her presence and childlike smile disgusts me. As she walks up to me, I hear the cops who are yelling. "Maybe she's up here!" One of them yell as they start to climb up the ladder. " You see me, GOT IT?! " I yell as she nods her head. I run past her and swung the door open as is hit the wall and made a loud sound. I swiftly run down the staircases. I reach the final set of stairs as I leaped out of the building and back on the streets. I run all the way back to my " family " as my brother calls them.
