The next Friday, I woke up early. Cheryl was Still asleep she and I went out last night again. We were Pretty great friends and she loves Coco. I grabbed by guitar from the stand next to my bed. When we got home last night, Cheryl was pretty tired, so we watched Grease in my room. I started quietly playing what makes you beautiful. I'm not a huge one direction fan (beside the fact Niall and I are friends). But my little sister adores them. I haven't seen her in ages. This was her favourite song. Her name is Jellybean. I started singing the lyrics quietly. I noticed that Cheryl was watching so I got up and walked over to her, still playing. Thank god I was already up to the bridge part of the song. "Baby you light up my world like nobody else, the way that you flip your hair gets me overwhelmed, but when you smile at the ground it ain't hard to tell you don't know, you don't know you're beautiful." I sang softly as she was smiling beautifully. "You're such a dork." She giggled. "Shh, don't tell my father." I smiled. "Betty told me you're friends with Niall. That true?" Cheryl asked. "Yeah. We met when he was on tour once. We're now best friends." I smiled. "That's cute." She smiled. "So, the school's having a talent show. You gonna do anything for it?" I asked. "If being a a class bitch is a talent, then sure." She replied. "What did I tell you last night?" I asked. "Not to believe what others say." She replied. "Good child. Pea, Fangs, Jug and I are in a band called mirror mirror. We will be performing a song that we wrote." I replied. "Well I'm glad it's today." Cheryl grinned. "So am I." I smiled. "By the way, I wrote the chorus for you." I added. "Sounds fun." Cheryl smiled.

It was time for the talent show. "So, you guys ready?" I asked. "Hell yeah." They all replied. "Ok, good. Let's do this." I smiled. "Next up is. Mirror mirror." Kevin announced. We went onstage and the There was a eruption of applause. "Ok, we wrote this song the other day. It's about someone really important to me. She knows who she is." I smiled and made eye contact with Cheryl. I played the first few chords.

On the other side of a street I knew

Stood a girl that looked like you

I guess that's deja vu

But I thought this can't be true

'Cause you moved to west L.A or New York or Santa Fe

Or where ever to get away from me

Oh but that one night

Was more than just right

I didn't leave you cause I was all through

Oh I was overwhelmed and frankly scared as hell

Because I really fell for you

Oh I swear to ya, I'll be there for ya

This is not a drive by

Just a shy guy looking for a two ply

Hefty bag to hold my love

When you move me everything is groovy

They don't like it sue me, mm way you do me

Oh I swear to you, I'll be there for you

This is not a drive by

On the other side of a downward spiral

My love for you went viral

And I loved you every mile you drove away

But now here you are again

So let's skip the "how you been"

And get down to the "more than friends" at last

Oh but that one night

Is still the highlight

I didn't need you until I came to

And I was overwhelmed and frankly scared as hell

Because I really fell for you

Oh I swear to you, I'll be there for you

This is not a drive by

Just a shy guy looking for a two ply

Hefty bag to hold my love

When you move me everything is groovy

They don't like it sue me, mm way you do me

Oh I swear to ya, I'll be there for ya

This is not a drive by

Please believe that when I leave

There's nothing up my sleeve but love for you

And a little time to get my head together too

On the other side of a street I knew

Stood a girl that looked like you

I guess that's deja vu

But I thought this can't be true, 'cause

Oh I swear to you, I'll be there for you

This is not a drive by

Just a shy guy looking for a two ply

Hefty bag to hold my love

When you move me everything is groovy

They don't like it sue me, mm way you do me

Oh I swear to ya, I'll be there for ya

This is not a drive by

I finished the song. Every time a chorus came up, I made eye contact with Cheryl. "Thank you all, I hope you enjoy the rest of the acts." I smiled and we walked offstage. "You are the most hopeless romantic I have ever met." Jug teased. "Excuse me. But I can be badass. Who was the one that beat the crap out of Mickey, James and Will when they were being asses to you three?" I asked. "Who was the one who nearly threw up at the sight of me slashing the tattoo off Peabody?" Jug asked. "You can't blame me. Plus, kept my cool until we got into the car. You were the one being cringey like 'oh Penny, it's time you learn.' Dumbass." I mocked him. "Shame really, I'm gonna be king of the serpents." He stated. "Oh please, you're too soft and cringe. I however am badass, sexy as hell and I don't sound like a crying Donald Duck when I try to intimidate someone." I smirked. "She wasn't lying when she said sexy as hell." Cheryl's voice commented. "Ahh, still have blossom around your little finger do you?" Pea asked. "Leave her alone." I sighed. "Whipped." Pea teased. "I suggest you shut up." I stated. "What are you gonna do Tiny?" He taunted. I tackled him to the floor. He landed on his stomach then I put him in an arm bar. A karate move. "I could do so much worse to you. You know that. So don't you dare test me Pea. You're like my brother. If I hated you, this is the point where I would have made you regret your existence." I growled. "Sorry." He mumbled. "What was that?" I asked. "I'm sorry.! He replied. "Good. Now don't test me again. Understand?" I asked. He sighed. "Do you understand?" I asked more intimidating. "Yes." He replied and I got up. He immediately cracked a grin. "Told you she's more badass." He grinned. "You planned that?" I asked. "Yes. How awesome am I?' He replied. I laughed at his comment. "Sorry about that Cheryl. How are you?" I asked. "I'm great." She replied. "Do you need to stay at my house again tonight?" I asked. "Yeah please." She replied. "Toni you're drooling." Fangs teased. "Shut it Fogarty." I growled. "Anyway, I'll see you tonight yeah?" I smiled at Cheryl. "Yep. See you later." She replied. As she walked off I raised my eyebrows at fangs. "You thinking what I am?" I asked. "You have a strange fetish for redheads?" He replied. "Shut up." I laughed.

Later on that night, Cheryl and I were cuddled up on the couch watching the lion king. "Toni, can we talk?" Cheryl asked. I paused the movie. "Sure, What's up?" I replied. "How do you know when you like someone, as in Like, Like?" She asked. "You get nervous, but you're also excited. Like when you're on a roller coaster. You would drop anything to be close to them when they're in need. That kind of thing. Why do you want to know?" I replied. "Because I like someone." She replied. My heart shattered. "Who?" I asked. "Promise you won't run away?" She asked. "I promise." I smiled. "You." She blushed. "Wait, what?" I was both confused and happy. "Danmit. It doesn't matter. God I'm an idiot." She groaned. "Cheryl." I smiled. "Yes?" She soaunded so upset. "Shut up and kiss me." I grinned. "What?" She now looked confused. "You heard me." I grinned. She then cupped the back of my neck and kissed me. Damn. I felt sparks. But I also felt calm. I love this feeling.
