A/N: So, my english class had to write a short story. And, this chaotic masterpiece came out. It may not be good, but I wanted to share it with you. I changed it, too. So...I'm sorry if it isn't that good.

Jake, Leo, and Allen were finally ready for the weekend to arrive, everyone was.

"Hey, Jakey! You got everything ready?" Leo asked as he came around the corner of the hallway in his high school, slugging an arm around Jake, who was getting his books out of his locker, with Allen trudging behind.

"Yeah. I just need to get the food today, and then we'll be off tomorrow." Jake replied.

Creeping closer, Allen asked, "Guys, why do I have a bad feeling about this weekend?" Allen asked for the fifth time.

"We told you; nothing bad will happen." Leo said sighing.

"Yeah. You always think negatively every time we go out. Take a load off for once." Jake said, putting an arm around Allen's shoulders.

"But-"

"No buts!" Leo and Jake shouted. Suddenly, the bell rung, warning everyone to get to class before the tardy bell rang. Sighing, Allen looked down as they walked to class.

The next day, Allen and Leo arrived at Jake's house while Jake packed everything in the trunk of his car. Upon seeing his friends, he beckoned them over whilst smiling.

"So, you boys ready for an awesome time," he asked.

"Of course we are -- well, I am. Allen on the other hand..." Leo looked towards Allen as they sat in the truck. Allen sat in the back while Leo sat in the passenger seat, upfront. Getting in, Jake sat in the driver's seat and started the engine. Huffing, Allen crossed his arms as he looked at the passing scenery while the other two talked. Occasionally, Allen joined in the conversation.

As Allen looked out the window, he caught the sight of a warning sign for grizzly bears. "Oh, look. This camp is infested with bears." Looking at his friends, he glared as they laughed it off.

"We'll be fine." Jake reassured.

"What're the chances that we'll meet a bear?" Leo glanced at Allen.

"High."

When they got to the campgrounds, they placed everything on the ground. Jake and Leo smiled as they finally got the tent up. Rummaging through the bag, Allen placed each item on the picnic table. However, his eyes widened when he came upon a jar of honey. Trembling, he looked towards his friends, who were joking around.

"U-uh guys..." Gulping, he held it up to them. Waving him off, they smiled mischievously to each other.

Taking the jar from him, Leo opened the jar and ate some honey with a cracker. "Mmm. Delicious!"

Meanwhile, a grizzly bear was in vicinity, looking for food. Smelling the air, he caught the scent of honey. Following it, he licked his lips.

Worried, Allen took it from Leo. Glaring, Leo said, "Hey! I wasn't finished with that!"

Closing it, Allen put it back in the bag. "Didn't you see the sign? Bears are in this area!"

Before they argue, they heard a roar. Laughing, Leo looked at Jake. "Good job, Jake. How'd you do that?"

"U-uh...That...wasn't me..."

"Y-you're kidding...right?" As Leo at Jake, his was question answered. Looking behind him, they saw a bear standing on it's hind legs, ready to attack.

Gulping, they slowly backed away. Meanwhile, Allen took the lid off of the honey jar. Holding it out, he nervously smiled. "G-good bear. Just take the h-honey, and we'll be on our way." Setting it down, he rolled towards the frightening creature, with some honey seeping out onto the ground.

As it was distracted with the honey, they slowly walked away towards the car. When they were from a good distance away, they started running. As they climbed into it, Jake started the ignition. As he drove away, Leo and Jake started laughing from shock.

"Dude, we could've died!"

"Yeah! That was crazy!"

Sighing, Allen looked at them. "So, who's the idiot that decided to bring honey?" Glaring, he patiently waited for one of them to come forward.

Slowly, Leo raised his hand up as he nervously laughed. "Guilty as charged..." While Jake tried to keep his chuckles in, Allen looked at him emotionless. "What?" When there was no reply, he asked, "Oh, c'mon! Who doesn't like honey?"

Le Fin.
