Drawbacks: He can only preform for a certain limit, or his body will begin to convulse and shut down. His throat becomes sore when he uses his freeze breathe
Other: His pupils turn a crimson red whenever he uses his powers. He loves love stories and the right kind drama

Scenario 1 [Hero]: You were out, doing the usual surveillance and scouting in the city when you notice a small..... huh, girl(?) being led into an alley by three suspicious men. Almost immediately, you go down to investigate when you hear a scream from the same alley, only to find two of the men unconscious and severely bleeding, with the young girl standing over the final one. You...?
Scenario 2 [Villain]: You were preforming an attack at a busy mall during the holiday, even managing to capture a small girl who was just standing idly. As you go to depart before the heroes arrive, you notice the area get somewhat colder, and frost coming from the girl's mouth. "Y-ya know, capturing me isn't the best thing you can do, sir/ma'am." Scenario 3 [Civilian]: Its early in the morning and you're out an about, doing [active activity of choice]. While doing so, you spot a person not too far in a dark outfit, bicolor hair and fairly skinny. They turn and glare at you, green eyes showing a tad bit of hatred. "Ugh. Another one?
