Velocity the Velociraptor ^^
Scenario (Hero): A week ago, there were reports on dinosaur bones and skeletons being stolen from museums, and once they were found and arrested from the police, they find what seems to be an underground lab.... And then we move to the present. For two days now, dinosaurs have been around and stomping about, and for some reason, only one was pretty difficult to obtain. Why? It can teleport. A white and light blue velociraptor with cyan rings around its body would usually roar and then just vanish in pixels. And of course currently, everyone is looking at Digi on a skyscraper for an explanation.... which even Digitalizer herself can't explain. Perhaps she has a strange history with a prehistoric creature.
Scenario (Villains): After some weeks, you have found/brought a formula to reanimate entire dinosaurs... and after another week, you unleash the formula, and boom! Now there's an entire army of savage dinosaurs waiting and ready to be released. And once you're ready, they're unleashed to wreak havoc into the streets for your personal gain. However, there's one white and light blue velociraptor standing around and making tiny noises for its size, seeming a little fretful. It turns to look at you with cyan reptilian eyes, and then turns to you with a screen besides it's talons...... does.... does it have Digitalizer's abilities?
