I am a morning person, expect the part for waking up early and getting ready for school, getting out of my comfortable pajamas and having to have calculus first period. Okay, maybe I'm not a morning person. Waking up at 7:00 a.m for school is literally a way of torture. Trying to get up from my bed the first thing I hear has to be my mom yelling at me to get ready.

"Rosie!!! Come on, your going to be late!!!"

I love the woman who gave me life and everything but her shrieking voice at 7:00 a.m. has got to be one of the most annoying things ever.

"I'm coming!!! Ally is picking me up anyway, I got a few extra minutes!" Why do we always scream in this house? After getting ready for school I head downstairs for some type of food to give me energy. I might as well look dead in the mornings. The only thing I like about mornings is the smell of dew that I always wake up to, but once the smell is gone I'm ready for bed again. My mom was one of the prettiest people I had ever seen. She was a beautiful curvy Latina with brown shinny skin and dark brown hair and the confidence that let her know that when she walked into the room all eyes were on her. My dad on the other hand, could be the whitest man in America. He had piercing blue eyes, blond hair with strands of white and he was a big guy who measured six foot two. You could say that I am a literal mix of my mom and dad. My skin was light brown just as if I had a permanent spare tan, I had my mom's brown hair but a little lighter, and what I think I like the most about myself was the pricing blue eyes my dad passed on to me.

Looking over my shoulder the most annoying little sister creeps up to me, thinking that she was going in for a big hug the little devil scream into my ear "WAKE UP!" I try to push her aside stronger than just a normal push but then I sense my mother's eyes burning stare. The devil's spawn gives me a smile showing me her victorious attempt at annoying the hell out of me. That Stella, she really does get under my nerves.

After breakfast I go to my room to change real quick, I wear some black ripped jeans and cool spaghetti strap red shirt, because for the first day of senior year I wanted to start bold. I hear Ally's car in the driveway and I rush down the stairs. Ally is the only real friend I had ever had. She and I were so close

we practically grew up together. Throughout high school Ally and I had just been the two of us, alone. We would never hang out with the people in our high school, we just didn't fit in and we loved every second of it. We would hang out with Ally's older brother friends, they kind of had a reputation which made sense why no one at school bothered us and just left us alone.

I see Ally with a tank top and some high waisted jeans. She's revealing her new tattoo that she got over the summer, which was a dying rose petal. She says that when she's ready she will explain her tattoo to me and I just went along with it. I was tempted to have one done, but Ally just knew that I would faint first time I would see the needles.

"You're sure ready for the first last day of these miserable four years." she said with a hint of surprise to think I would actually dress up for school.

I respond as naturally as I can and just say, "I'm making this year my bitch."

Ally just starts laughing and I can't help but laugh too. I really didn't know the real reason why I dressed up today. I just had the a feeling that today was a good day to be seen.

And oh how that feeling changed my senior year..... forever.
