Jackson led me upstairs and into a bedroom. My heart started beating faster. Why where we in here? He strolled to the window and flung it open. He glanced at me and smirked that annoying smug little smirk.

"I'm not going to rape you" He said chuckling softly. I looked down slightly embarrassed, of course he wouldn't, I was just being paranoid. Jackson looked at me before jumping out the window. I gasped and ran over to the ledge of the window still. I couldn't see him! Where did he go? I heard his chuckle and looked up. He was on the roof! How the hell did he get up there?

"Jump Jackie, there's a ledge right over there" Jackson called out to me. I put one leg out the window, my body shaking. Jessica's house was huge, and we where on the fourth floor, and if I slipped it would be a good call down. I shivered and swung the other leg out a b d jumped. I grabbed the ledge of the roof and pulled myself up. Jackson applauded.

"Yay! You did it! Know get your ass up here" he said sounding a tad annoyed. I rolled my eyes and climbed up the roof. He waited for me with an impatient look.

"Well it took you long enough" Jackson huffed and crossed his arms.

"I'm sorry for being careful, truly I am" I reply in a snarky voice. What's this guy's issue? Jackson smirked and looked at me.

"Know that I got you alone, i can finally talk to you" he said with a small genuine smile.

"Umm okay? Watcha wanna talk about?" I ask him.

"Just tell me about yourself" Jackson said in a tone I didn't quite understand.

"Okay well what do you wanna know?" I ask nervously.

"Everything" he replied. Well I'm scared, but I'm willing to play along considering I'm on quality fucking room and could be pushed to me death at any moment.

"Well, my full name is Jacqueline Amelia Woods, I'm sixteen years old. I'm on the track team, the archery team, I work three days a week at the book store, I'm in honors, and I live with my mom" I say with a smile. Jackson blinked as if trying to process everything. After a second he smiled.

"Cool, I wish I knew my mom, I got stuck in the foster system and was only adopted a few months ago" he said with a sad look. A pang of pity hit my heart.

"I'm sorry"

"You don't have to be"

"This got really depressing"

"It did didn't it"

"Lets talk about something else"

"Okay, have you seen the new marvel movie?" The pointless banter went on till midnight. I looked at my watch.

"Shit I was supposed to be home an hour ago, I had fun talking with you, see you later" I yell and carefully crawl back down the roof and inside where the party is still in full swing. I race into my car and drove as fast as I could. I day my mom waiting on are front porch. I flinch and park the car getting out.

"I'm sorry! I lost track if time talking with someone" I say as soon as I get out. My mom glares at me.

"Who where you talking to? Did you drink? Do you realize how worried I was?" My mom shouts angrily.

"I was talking with the new kid at school, he doesn't have friends and he's really nice, and I didn't drink or do any drugs" just say in my defence. My mom's shoulders relax and she looks at me softly.

"Why didn't you just text me? Oh baby I was so worried" she said and pulled me into a hug. I hug her back.

"I'm sorry" I say and she smiles and takes me inside.

(Jackson's P.O.V)

I watch Jackie from the bushes. Cliche, I know but it works.I watch her go inside and smile.

"Soon Jacqueline, soon you'll be ours" I whisper.
