There were six species that lived to roam the Earth: the Vampires who ruled it, the Shifters, Witches and Faeries who were one with it, the Humans who were enslaved by it, and the Turned. The Turned were viewed as weak, worse than humans: Abominations, slaves; that is why they were rare in the world caught between the supernatural and the ordinary.
That was exactly what Tora Tsar was. Turned by the Pure-blood Royals to serve there son without the temptation of him draining her dry, they had no idea they were in turn creating a monster.
She was a hurricane of chaos and she may even have gone down in the history books as the most evil and inhuman being to ever exist; that is, if there is anyone left to record her atrocities when she is finally done with the world she has grown to despise.
