Isabelle
Slowly but steadily, the walkers feet moved next to my head. I scooted back, and felt Carl against my side. I could hear their moans. I felt one bump the car that Carl and I were under. I froze. It kept going, pausing for a moment.
Finally, they all seemed gone. Sophia stuck her head out, and one late passer saw. It dove down, lunging for her. She wailed and pulled back. Then she got out and raced down the hill. I pulled out, despite Carl grabbing at me. I dove down, crying out, "Sophia!" She grabbed my hand, and we ran.
They wouldn't stop following us. We panted, and then she tripped. I pulled her up, and Rick grabbed her. Rick said, "Isabelle, go that way back to camp. Tell the group I've got her!" he hissed. I nodded and ran.
Finally, I made it back. "Where's Sophia?!" Carol cried. "R-Rick's go-got h-her." I panted.
By sundown, they had gone looking for her. I lay on the top of a car, staring at the sky. "Hey." A voice says. I roll over and prop myself up on my forearms, my hair falling to my right shoulder. It's Carl. "Don't worry. We will find her eventually." He says. I nod. "I hope so." I say.
Finally, Rick and Daryl come back. The second I see that they don't have Sophia, I hop down and walk to the in the RV, and lay on the bed. Sleep finds me early, and I loose conscious.
